We really loved our stay here! The rooms and grounds were very clean and the staff are so nice and helpful. The kayaks are free and we saw manatees and dolphins on our trip. We didn’t use the bikes but they looked nice and in good condition. Included breakfast has things like bagels, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and fruit. A nice bonus. Our room was smaller but we clean and had a fridge, microwave and a wonderful view. The trolley stops right in front of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here for two nights and only have positive things to say! The kayaks were so much fun and free! It’s a beautiful waterfront spot with a great hot tub. The atmosphere was so positive and peaceful with the sweetest staff. We will be returning!!
Nicely appointed rooms. Very nice view. Easy parking, very comfy bed and pillows. Staff was very pleasant. |Only 2 complaints water in bathroom sink came out in a trickle, but shower was great. And we booked 2 months in advance a d had asked for a room on the 1st floor because I have a serious heart condition and we were given a room on the 2nd floor. Great view and balcony. But a bit tough for my 80 yr old hubby and me to get our stuff upstairs. 😢 we booked fir our anniversary and that was noted in the request also. Granted we booked thru hotels.com not directly so I don't know if the owner git the message. But I have never had a problem before when using hotels.com leaving special requests. Otherwise this place was beautiful and I recommend it. The room was beautiful and comfortable. It had a continental breakfast which was on par with most places from 830 to 10 which I appreciated I did not have to get up uber early to get my coffee and some fruit and toast.
My husband and I were highly dissatisfied with our experience at the Bonita Springs location. The pictures online are very deceiving. Nothing worked correctly, the water in the shower went cold after 10 mins and the worst part of all is the bed is absolute trash. It is hard as a rock and is just a crappy mattress on a cheap spring. Felt like it was going to break any minute. Very upsetting. The WiFi password was also written incorrectly in our room. The porch had a nice view, but the one chair was broken. The heating unit was also weird. We couldn’t wait to leave and will not be returning. Highly do not recommend room number 8. To be completely blunt I wish I could get a refund from this sub par dump.
Rooms facing the water might be pleasant (dunno) but if you’re accommodated in room 9 you’ll have your windows facing a road and a highly AC’d industrial refrigeration unit with late hours pressure washes of whatever kind.
Consider asking for a different room, if unavailable, I’d suggest looking for a different hotel entirely or at least a hefty discount to make up for a poor sleep you’ll get there.
Small plus which added an extra star - AC fan works kinda well as a white noise to keep babies asleep through the night.
If you are staying in Bonita Springs, there are much nicer and more affordable places that aren't a glorified AirBnb. You do not get resort service here, you get a code to your room and a code to unlock the little ice box. Spend your money somewhere else. Stay away from Latitude 26 and Jane the manager.||We arrived after a long day enjoying the attractions of Bonita Springs. We were super excited to get into our room, take a hot shower, and relax. It was absolutely downpouring out, so we pull up to the front of the resort to find that there are ONLY 5 super-tight parking spots provided for the entire building. We didn't know what to do so we parked next door and called the office, as nobody was there to help. They told us we had to go another block down and park over there. We ended up parking in a spot towards the front of the building to unload as it was pouring. When we got into our room, we realized that we were like 10 yards away from the main road, and you could hear every car that flew by. They reluctantly changed out room away from the main road. We confirmed that we could access the room and hung up the phone with the remote employee. After going back to our car and grabbing our luggage, we go back to the new room, and the access code no longer works. After calling back and dealing with that we finally got into our room, tired, wet, and certainly not relaxed.||I wish that was the worst part of this place. First off the ceilings and walls are paper thin, it sounded like our upstairs neighbor were stomping around, and you could hear every little thing from the small hallway outside of our room. The doors were all a little stuck so opening and closing the doors made noise, and we heard it all. The shower has a huge hole in it with a mat to hide it, and the floor is made out of unfinished river rock, that hurts to stand on. The bed was not uncomfortable, but certainly not resort-style. The pillows were paper thin, and since nobody is on site after 4pm, there is no way to get more.||I still wish that was the worst part. That night we went out for a nice dinner, and caught the sunset at the beach. When returning to the resort, there were no parking spots so we reluctantly parked at the overflow lot over a block away. The walk back to the room was quite scary, and certainly not safe for guests staying here. After a decent night's sleep, we awoke and went to grab some breakfast. This is the definition of a continental breakfast, and everything is frozen and near expiration. It's not a breakfast one expects from a resort. The amenities were all old, damaged items, with no direction or help to use any of them. Now we wanted to go relax for a couple of hours at the beach before we headed to the botanical gardens and then home. We get to our car and find out we have a flat with a nail in the tire. While there is plenty of construction going on in the city, this is the only location we parked that we felt unsafe. Anyways the maintenance manager and lone cleaning lady were extremely sympathetic, but couldn't do anything about it, so the maintenance manager called his manager to come to assist. ||This is where I met Jane, the manager of the world. Jane was a snarky, unhelpful, and childish woman that absolutely should not be running a resort. Jane demanded that I tell her what I wanted her to do for me. I asked for her to comp my room and pay for the patch of my tire. This turned Jane's demeanor into one where she started to mock me, going as far as clapping her hands at me. At this point I told her she does not have to do anything for me, I will simply leave this review. She said ok great, and ran into the employee area. I then began to record and knocked on the door and asked for Jane's name, and what her role was at the resort. After she said she was the manager I proceeded to ask her if she was only the manager of this location or all of them. She proceeded to say she was the manager of the world. This is when I let her know I was recording. She initially acted as if she didn't care and then changed her tone once she understood that she was being recorded and how she was acting. The maintenance manager and the housekeeper were both still there and witnessed all of this, as they properly conveyed their sympathy for the situation. Jane refused to give me her supervisor's number, and the other manager had to write it down for me.
Stayed 3 nights over the 4th of July weekend. We had such a wonderful stay. It's a house on the inner coastal waterway turned into a hotel with 9 rooms. You each have your own private entrance. Our room was ground floor and patio doors opened to the dock right on the water. We spent many hours in the hot tub/mini pool, kayaking and biking to the beach. While reading one morning a Dolphin came along side the dock and other people saw a manatee while kayaking. ||Breakfast was served from 8:30-10am it included a refrigerator with yogurt, milk, juice and fruit cups, pre-packaged donut, cookies, Danish or other treats, mini boxes of cereal cold and hot, bananas and oranges. A pot of coffee and hot water kettle. Sitting outside eating breakfast watching nature and water was wonderful as boats coming in and out. We used the kayaks and paddle board, bikes (they do need air in the tires) and also enjoyed the beaches close by that we biked to. You can borrow umbrella, chairs and a variety of items to take to the beach. There were a couple people using the fishing poles. Barefoot beach is just over the causeway and easy to bike to on safe sidewalk or bike lanes. There are so many wonderful beaches and restaurants close by. We also visited the Edison/Ford museum but mostly enjoyed beaches. The bed/room was comfortable, lots of pillows. A/C worked great which is good because July was 98 degrees outside. The room had a good sized small refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee and cream, microwave. There were 2 small waters in the refrigerator when we arrived. Maybe could have asked for more but we brought our own. There were 2 beach towels to use, iron and board, plenty of outlets and a desk with chair.
Incredible little place! Absolutely loved everything about it! We took the kayaks out for a midnight ride! The room was very clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable!

My friend and I stayed at this resort a week ago for two nights and loved every minute. The moment we checked in they treated us so good. The front desk was very helpful and attentive. We loved our room so much we ordered in for dinner that night
This place was fabulous! Iâm very weird about cleanliness, and this place met every expectation! Breakfast in the morning was great, we came when it was cooler out but hotel pool was warm, and staff was great. We stayed a week and my kids actually
If I had read the reviews, I would not have gone to this hotel and the truth is I had no complaints about it. When you arrive, a Hindu guy assists you on a screen and you must leave a refundable deposit of $100. I paid $120/night and this included br

Nice, clean, big airy place with various seating options (the bar, tables and chairs, sofas) and friendly staff. Tried a few beers and they were all pretty good. We are huge craft beer drinkers, so the bar is pretty high, but we'll definitely be back
Great place to spend time at the beach if you are near Ft. Meyers. There is a procedure to get it. You have to go through a neighborhood of upscale homes. You have to drive slow because the road is layered with red bricks. Then you come to an attenda
This store is definitely magical and very special to my heart. My late fiance used to shop here for my birthday and our anniversary. I'm so grateful he showed me this gem before he passed away..Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I live out of sta
