Laserzone - Laser tag center in Sugar Land - 4125 Hwy 6, USA

We had my sons birthday here. I had been in communication with them about the date and time for four days. When it came to booking and deposit they told me I was good to go, then sent an email one minute later saying sorry it was booked. We could use a table in the lobby. When I arrived to see the small picnic table the male behind the counter could tell I was upset. He told me he would give me a discount and he was sorry. He also told me they had booked too many parties and the place was packed. I go to settle my tab at the end of the 1 hr and 45 min time allotment and she gives me an outrageous price. Then gives me attitude and was so rude when I asked about the discount I was promised by the young man. So I had to pay the EXACT same price for my small picnic table for 20+ kids in the lobby as the groups that had the large party rooms with privacy and multiple tables. On their website under “party pricing” it states “Includes party room for 1 hr and 45 min” which we did not get. Also, because it was so overbooked l, the 2 games and unlimited maze entrances my party was supposed to have were squeezed in and not much in the maze cause there was too many people. My sons who the birthday was for wouldn’t even do the second round of laser tag because of how many kids they were trying to shove in there. It was a joke. Just beware and make sure you get everything in writing and make sure it’s not being booked with 6 parties at once.

We had my son's birthday here and had a great experience. The kids had a wonderful time and the prices were very reasonable. We also appreciated being able to bring in outside food and drink. The kids loved everything about it!

We had our son's 8th birthday party here and it was a blast. He and his friends had so much fun. We had a big party room with a window. The owner Pat was always helpful and responsive. Prices are reasonable. Had a great time!

Had my child’s birthday party here. When we showed up there was very little guidance as or explanation of what we were to do. There were only two very young boys working and it was not busy at all but I swear they were hiding most of the time. I literally found one of them hiding in the laser room sitting on the floor on his phone. Meanwhile, I’m trying to guid a bunch of eager kids through activities at a place that I don’t work at. It was very stressful but despite all that they still had fun 🤷🏻‍♀️. My suggestion would be to not let two teenage boys run the place alone because that was a mess.

Brought my family here for a fun night of safe sibling rivalry... did not disappoint! Caleb and Bruno were incredibly helpful and fun staff. Highly recommended Had to update my review. We came back a year later, we are from Arizona. We absolutely love this leader zone!! We can't and played 10 games straight! This is always a blast! We can't get enough. Fun for all ages and parents can enjoy this as much as I do! So so so so so much fun!

Had a great time here with my son and his friends. Very dope time 20 mins a game but it definitely feels longer. It's worth it

I had my son and daughters birthday party here on 9/23 and I was left speechless at the behavior from the owner, Patricia or Pat (she believes putting her hands on someone elses child is justifiable). We showed up on time for our party, but had to wait for our room which was fine as it was clear how busy it was, but there was confusion as another party was put in there when they were supposed to be placed somewhere else. Once that was settled we setup and the first game was announced and our groups made their way in. As I was putting the vests on our kids, Patricia comes in yelling at the attendant because my child asked about the gun and how to use it and she took it upon herself to shake the gun out of her hand and yell at her. I had to yell at her to get her hands off of her and to never touch her again. She came to apologize attempting to excuse her actions because they were busy, but to find out she was the owner and she laid her hands on a child and yelled at them because they were asking ME how to use the gun was beyond wrong, unprofessional and she should not be allowed anywhere near children if she can't handle her own emotions with her job. I can not put into words how infuriated I am and we will never be back to this location so long as Patricia is there, my children's safety is my top priority and I am so thankful I was there to stop her. **update** There was no misunderstanding as I know what I saw and heard. I'm glad another group had a better experience than ours, and it's that more upsetting that one of our kids was treated the way she was. It was a question asked of me and it to be interfered the way it was can not be excused.

What a fun experience. The laser tag course was amazing, it had three stories where you can shoot thru the maze walls with the built in holes. Tons of fun for family events or group activity.
