I traveled an hour and a half to bring my 15+ year old HP color laser printer in for service because it was printing poorly and this was the first time I needed to have it repaired. They did a fantastic job and for only a couple hundred dollars (which included a black toner cartridge) they had my very expensive printer back up and running and by the time I ran my other errands in Traverse City, they had it ready for me so I could pick it up the same day and take it home with me. They did a complete overhaul and found some broken pieces that needed to replaced so that helped me out in the future so I wouldn't have more trouble. They also called me and kept me well informed on the repairs that needed to be done and offered several options for replacement parts (new, refurbished, rebuilt). I highly recommend them and will certainly return if I need any service in the future. A great customer service experience!
