Las Trancas - Mexican restaurant in Waco - 400 N 25th St, USA

Made a stopped in Waco came across with Las Trancas Taco Truck had burrito filled with al pastor meat, rice, cheese and jalapeños and was delicious. Service was excellent and price of food are reasonable. Dining area is very clean.

Defo recommend! Got a roasted beef Torta, chicken and beef tacos. The torta was stood out out and tasted delicious.

Absolutely excellent tacos! Their hot sauce is incredible also. If you like tacos, then you’ll love this spot I definitely recommend.

Used to be one of the best taco trucks around. Quality and service has dramatically reduced. Although there's a number on the side of the truck, I've never been able to place an order that way (probably because they're at busy). If you want salsa Verde, you'll have to ask. The last several orders I've placed, I received overcooked meat on my tacos and rude customer service. It's nice they have an outside patio for dining, but I'd rather get good food and customer service. Keep driving.

Love them everytime! Writing this in the parking lot it's so good. The person working was so kind and patient with me. Also tolerated my horrible pronunciation of the items. Food made quickly and tastes amazing as always. Elotes hit, tacos hit, customer service hit.🤷🏽‍♀️See them again soon!

First time here. Ordered torta and to my amazement after receiving my order and going to the car to eat it-it was already cold! The one minute to from counter to seated in my car, the food should not have gotten cold.... Cons: I guess a $6 torta needs to be an $8 torta, $2 for additional meat, to get the regular amount of meat you would get at other places. At first I tasted the meat by itself and it tasted rather bland. I sauced up my torta and towards a few bites in I started to get flavor so perhaps it just wasn't evenly seasoned. My two cents: maybe next time put a "boat" towards the end of the grill to make the tomato less cold and cut thinner slices Jamaica was great no complaints Environment: good seating and I'm actually surprised they would go the extra cost and get propane heating stands- very impressive I'd say.

This used to be my favorite place to go. Just made a trip down to get some tacos. They didn’t even bother to cook the tortillas. The tacos had very little meat. I’m so disappointed. I will not be going back. Whoever is working the grill today needs to be let go.

Was recommended by locals. Did not dissapoint.
