Las Lagunas de Anza Wetlands - Park in Nogales - W Country Club Dr, USA

Beautiful small wetland preserve area with picnic tables, shelters, and little trails to explore. The area is also home to the SEEDS group who's working to create a permaculture garden community

This is a Great area for birding. The weeds are so overgrown from the monsoons that the trails are blocked. I will come back later in the fall and walk the trails.

Such a beautiful and relax place we loved it our daughter loved it for being our first time we weren't expecting anything like this very beautiful

Attended an event, had a great time. It was beautiful. Took a stroll. Enjoyed the gardens.

This was an unexpected surprise during our recent trip. It's only a couple of blocks from the freeway so easy to get to (which also means you hear traffic noise). It has quite a few picnic tables in the shade, a bird blind, and several benches along the pathways. It's not a big area so would be ideal for taking children. We enjoyed bird watching and even saw a couple of frogs. I recommend it as a nice stop when headed north or south from Nogales.

Nice place for a picnic. Quiet and pretty views. If you plan on visiting, don't forget to bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent
