Went here during my Christmas break with family and I really did enjoy the food. Everyone in the family really liked the food. We started off with some ceviche and tostadas and salsa. The salsa was really spicy and caught me off guard. The family got mixed fajitas and I got Pulpo a la diabla it was not spicy at all but had a really good flavor. I would say it’s mostly a seafood type restaurant but they do serve fajitas which are from beef and chicken. I will be enjoying this restaurant again.
Ordered the mixed fajitas which were tasty. The beans, rice, etc. tasted more like they were from a fast food restaurant. Although it was only 5:30pm on a Saturday they said they were out of both desserts. There was inly one other couple in the huge restaurant.
Plates had large portions making it worth a stop. Service was great!! Fish ceviche would make for a meal by itself. Soooo good!!! Shrimp dishes at the table were great! Would definitely return
Food is fantastic. Ceviche on the table. I had shrimp ceviche. We are so jealous we have nothing like that where we live
Can't wait to get back.
The staff welcomed our large party of 17 on Saturday night right before closing with all smiles and great service! They were so family friendly, the kids danced, the karaoke was so fun, the DJ was awesome and the food was authentic and delicious!
Overall decent experience a little pricey but good food for such a small to medium restaurant.
We have been at this restaurant before and it was really good. So we decided to celebrate Father's day having dinner here. The waitress only offered hot salsa and just brought us tomato sauce as a non-spicy option. We had to ask for silver ware. The food was not as good as other times. We were overcharged and had to get up and go to the cashier to pay, because the waitress never came to pick up our credit card. We're not going back again!
Family & I decided to try this place. The restaurant wasn’t packed when we got there (first red flag). The waitress/receptionist was ok in the beginning. She took a few minutes to take our order but took forever to get all the food out. She brought one meal at the time to a family of 4 while she was at the reception desk on the phone. My husband’s half dozen oysters were the last ones to get to the table. On top of that she forgot to write down his entree on her notepad so that order never made it to the cook. When we told her she tried placing the order but it was too late. She didn’t even give us a discount or anything to try to amend the issue. This place is money hungry, charges even for water but lacks the customer service skills needed. We will never be returning to this restaurant.
Wow ! What an incredible hidden gem. Family owned and the people were so nice and helpful. The menu had all kinds of flavor ! Oxtails to Fried shrimp to what I would call the best damn burger Iâve had in brazoria county ! Sucks to live in Houston,
One of the BEST pizzas we ever had! The dough is on the thick side, but it is so light, fluffy and buttery it just melts in your mouth. All the ingredients are fresh (had pepperoni, onion and mushrooms). Perfect amount of cheese with the perfect amou
The Picket Fence is an awesome hidden gem! We love the decor and welcome feel of the restaurant. The menu has something for everyone with great quality food. Our servers were attentive and friendly.
This visit was during the lunch/dinner menu but we'
When having an argument with the wife, storming out of the house and coming here for a Dirty Donkey plate makes everything better... Still great meals and great service at a good price, their lunch specials can't be beat, especially their taco lunch
