!!$6 For FROM THE BAG chips and salsa!!
I needed to start this review with that ridiculous fact. While the waiter and cook (only two employees there at the time) were pleasant the food was poor quality. We ordered the enchiladas and tacos. There are only two meat choices, beef or chicken.
While ordering we were interrupted by the waiter several times telling us how to order specifically from him and not the menu. For example, he refused to add onion or cilantro to the tacos because “I needed to try it as it was”. For “tacos” We received corn tortillas that hadn’t been warmed or toasted with wet chicken on top, bagged lettuce, a little sour cream and guac, and the most processed shredded cheese you could think of. The enchiladas came with a hefty heap of raw onion on the top (but they couldn’t throw a bit on the tacos?). Our waiter made a comment that this was a “TV dinner” which honestly didn’t make us feel great about the food we were eating that was poor quality not only in ingredients but also in preparation.
This place was WAY too overpriced for the quality of food. IN NO WAY AUTHENTIC MEXICAN CUISINE. We were sorely disappointed in our meal and recommend that others avoid this place unless you poor quality food for a high price.
PS: don’t trust a Mexican restaurant with a “live laugh love” sign.
How this place has over 4 stars is beyond me. Anyone that gave this place more than 1 star must not have taste buds, and never ate mexican food. The chili was water and flavor non existant. Nothing was good and in fact we didn't finish our food. We wouldn't feed our dog the leftovers. While I was eating, I could see in the nasty kitchen and I saw the old lady take a dirty plate and clean it with her apron and scratch it with her finger nail. She then proceeded to serve food and pass it off to the customer. The old man was nice but how he serves anyone that slop is crazy. I didn't care about the prices because I was willing to pay to get out of there. We will never eat here again!!!
Tacos are terrible for the price. Soggy stale shells and the ground beef has no flavor. Just overall bad food. Green chili has no heat an just taste like tomatoes. 50$ to hardly feed 3 people terribly made food.I Would not recommend this place to anyone.
The quality of their food and customer service is just lousy and horrible. This was a good restaurant way back when, but as they continue to stay open for business their food has just gotten worse, and their prices seem to continue rising. I have been to this establishment multiple times and each time I have tried something different, but all the plates I have tried are not up to par and lack quality. The “carne adovada estilo Mexicano” was really dry and did not taste like adovada at all, their rice and beans are mediocre, you can tell they sit in a big pot all day. As for the $18 “Summer Special” plate the taco shell is very stale and bland, the ground beef is not fully cooked and just awful, it genuinely tasted like DPS school lunch tacos . I’ll admit the only good thing at this restaurant and on the summer special plate is the Chile con Queso, but if you want to pay 3 dollars for a tostada with valveeta cheese and green chile be my guest. As for the drinks, a margarita is 7 dollars! But it is just non alcoholic margarita mix with very little to no tequila! The man who took our order was elderly, looked about 75-80 years old, which didn’t bother me at all until he was constantly wiping his eyes, mouth, and nose with the same tissue to clean some type of discharge from those areas, but the thing is he did not wash his hands once during the time we were there which made me feel uncomfortable and unpleasant. He was also very rude and basically slammed or plates on the table, reached over people to grab cups and chip baskets without saying excuse me, and lastly he did not even offer to refill our drinks. Overall I would recommend that you should not even consider giving this restaurant a try. They don’t really have any actual authentic Mexican food, it’s very Tex mex, but it’s overpriced and not worth it.
I once worked at a restaurant housed in the same space called T&J Curve Cafe about 55 years ago. They had great Mexican food. I truly believe that Cazuelas' kitchen and original dining area has not changed since then and pretty sure no cleaning has been done. The food is mediocre and their green chili is watery and without flavor. To top it off, the owner (I believe the name is Rosie) is positively rude. Why is it still in business? Got me stumped! I'll never return. I'm giving one star because I can't give zero.
Love, love, love this incredibly delicious authentic Mexican restaurant! I've been going there for 45 years! Since I was 17!
Gotta try it if you haven't. They have no far the best green chillie in
Denver!!
Stopped here for a quick lunch while in the neighborhood. The rellenos were very good, and the green chili had lots of flavor with big chunks of pork. Not a lot of heat, but still very flavorful. Rosie was very sweet and made me feel like family. There is a reason this family owned business has been around for decades. Check them out!
Like grandma's homemade cooking! Best Green Chile in Colorado.

I believe this is a very good 5 as burrito shops go. Itâs location is a nice spot easy accessible from both directions on Kipling st. The food is fresh and tasty each time. Nice kind and helpful staff too!
The fajitas are the way to go! Good portion for two people to share. We've only dined in once, and service was good, the overall atmosphere was pretty quiet, but we order to go every few weeks. Food is always ready quickly and comes out hot. A lot of

We ordered torta and menudo(pancita) for to-go. Menudo tasted great. It came with chili, cilantro, and onion. Milanesa torta was good as well. The atmosphere was like a store in a small town in Mexico.
My wifeâs new favorite Mexican restaurant! The chili is amazing and depending on how hot you want it you can have mild to hot. The drink selections are awesome and lunch specials are perfect! We have had breakfast and dinner here and not been dissa
Freshest and best tasting bowl I've ever eaten in my entire life. Most poke places sacrifice on the quality of the fish to save money, but not this place. You can totally taste the difference. The staff was friendly as well.
This has quickly become my go to coffee treat spot. They make this Tres Leche late thats is sooooo delicious. Baked goods, delicious pretzels and sandwhiches. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.
We held a private party here for my son's birthday and I would whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone! A private party here costs less than a party at a trampoline park and there are no minimum/maximum number of guests required. There are so many gam
My lower back was so tight and stiff it was painful getting in and out of my truck. So I booked a session at Stretch lab to see if I could get any relief from the pain. After that FIRST session I noticed a big difference in my pain level. I am a pre

Great place for a close to the city (Denver) but with a mountain feel and atmosphere to it. The kids loved it, the dog lived it. I enjoyed it. Lots of things to do from renting paddle boats or canoes to playing beach volleyball or even relaxing in
Wow! This space is beautiful. The best part is you get a sweet Magic flashlight! The more you look the more you will find. Your flashlight makes the whole experience come to life. I highly recommend spending at least an hour exploring. When you fin
Omg! This place blew my mind and restore my faith in the pizza scene in Denver. After having many other pizzas in Colorado I lost hope for getting a good slice of pizza, then my husband from nyc kept searching for a good one then finally found one.
Joel is the man. Super nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and he has the best gym in town. It's a perfect gym to go in, get in a great workout, and pop out. They have every free weight and machine imaginable and it's a very friendly culture with people of
