I'll need to get photos the next time I visit. On Thursday nights they sometimes do karaoke. I don't sing but I enjoy watching the folks sing. Some folks really know how to put on a good show. There's a waiter there who is a phenomenal singer. Don't know his name but wow..... That guy may need to try out at AGT or something like that. The food right now is more Mexican than Cajun but I am happy the new owners are taking a chance on the place and trying new things. Give this place a shot I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
The food is good for me…hit or miss for my husband…we will be going back though, the service is always excellent…we have mainly tried the Mexican food …will have to try the seafood next …this go round i got the seafood enchiladas…i enjoyed them and the beans as well - the sauce was wonderful
Family oriented and the people are all so nice . Live bands are always a plus . Love it , the whole family had a great time
This restaurant is by far one of if not the best I have eaten at in my 50 years of eating out. The cafeteria style of service was welcoming. The staff was helpful and cheerful. Seems like a good time atmosphere. I tried many foods and was blown away with the boudin stuffed pork chop. All the food mouth - watering entrees are a must. Loved it!
Food was okayish. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was really fun. We enjoyed a great band with older gentlemen. The dance floor could have been a little better dusted, but all in all it’s a fun establishment.
First of all, the service never missed a beat. Always checking on us, great attitude, very friendly, and man did she hustle with all of her tables. Wish I would have remembered her name. Now onto the good stuff. My wife and I both had the crawfish, they did not disappoint at all. Perfectly seasoned and they were not small by any means. Had to try their famous bbq crabs and if you have not tried them, you are missing out. So full of meat and the flavor was killer! We will be back very soon!
I'm never coming here again. This place changed from delicious cajun food to the worst Mexican food I have ever had. Southeast Texas already has enough Mexican food. Why the heck did this amazing cajun restaurant change to mostly Mexican? I had fun doing the cajun buffet on Saturday night. Now that is gone. I'm extremely disappointed. The queso was as cold as ice. I miss the the cajun Cafeteria and French market. I can't believe they would rather serve Mexican food than cajun food.
I would only give it half a star. This place used to be a wonderful cajun cafeteria. It had a delicious buffet. Now it has become a mostly Mexican food restaurant. If it didn't split into half Mexican, half cajun, I would give it all 5 stars. It had amazing cajun music. Mexican food is invading Southeast Texas. That is ridiculous. The Mexican food tasted awful, nowhere near as good as the cajun food. This place won't get my business anymore. Why would they rather serve Mexican food than Cajun food?

I got my open water certification here. The whole team at the dive shop was great to work with. My instructors Dylan and Levi were very knowable and flexible with scheduling the dives. The whole experience was a lot of fun. I will definitely be going
So happy to find this gem. Super fresh tortillas encompassing flavorful ingredients. I can't wait to try more. This go around was SEC and Hueva a la Mexicana. SEC was good, but Mexicana was next level ð¤¤
The sweetest staff! After I was rudely turned away from the Beaumont location for having my children with me, the Groves location got me in and out within minutes. The lady who helped me was so sweet to my kids which made a huge difference with me! I
