Larkspur Landing Milpitas - Hotel in Milpitas - 40 Ranch Dr, USA

Not impressed with this place. It took forever to check in. People were arguing with the front desk about their rooms. The front desk staff said they overbooked their rooms and couldn’t move a person who said they booked a king and not a queen bed. Another person came back down to the front desk and related they went to their room but someone was already in it. There are no vending machines, you choose from a limited amount of items and take them to the front desk. You just tell them your room number, they don’t check I. D. so you can say any room number. The rooms are very old looking and felt dingy. Breakfast ends at 9:00? I came down right at 9:00 but everything had already been cleaned up. My fault, I thought, like every other hotel I had ever stayed in, breakfast would go to 10:00. I really felt like they were trying to get people out ASAP. The fire alarm went off at 8:30, ran for about 15 seconds, then shut off. The staff was really nice though, but I doubt we will book another Larkspur hotel.

I've stayed here before and it's been fine but this past week they wouldn't provide room cleaning or fresh towels while I was out, even after asking and hanging the sign on the door. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. Also informed them of an issue with a sharp piece of metal hanging from the dishwasher first day but they never came by to fix it or even inspect it like they said they would. Lastly the room I was in 205, had a light directly outside it that was super crazy bright to the point it was very visible even with blinds closed throughout the night. Very disappointed.

Checked in and paid 190 PLUS 150 deposit for one night. Got into the room and the bed was small and the mattress was LUMPY! And not soft lumpy, hard and awkward. My husband and I have been on the road traveling for days and really wanted a good night's sleep and instead paid a huge tag for a horribly uncomfortable night of almost no sleep. I used to love this place. This is a shame. If you're going to charge that much for a room make it worth it. So disappointed!

Convenient with a home warming. Good internet connection and with good places to go in the area. Fitness opened 24 hours and laundry for guests. Breakfast fair enough for a business s trip and easily for pick up, if you prefer to use Uber or any other transportation app.

Service is not okay, hotel staff is rude to the guest at times, rooms are not well kept, overall cleanliness is poor, lift condition was quite unsafe and maintenance was done only at that point where it almost stopped working with severe vibration issues. Location of the hotel is quite good though, maybe okay if want to pass on a few nights, but definitely not okay for longer stays !

Positive: nothing. property is old. carpet is old. furniture is old. staff is rude. manager does not care. housekeeping does not speak English. very hard to communicate. safe your money go some where else. they advertise business desk. no printer or fax. Negative: everything. did not like everything about the hotel. its a money pit Negative: ""

The room is very spacious with all the amenities you would expect for a extended stay facility. Parking is a little crowded but walking distance to in-n-out is always a plus!

It's weird to have 3 adults check in and only have one bed. Asking for more bar soap and essentials was going through hoops. I've never had any kind of experience like this at any hotel. Maybe I'm just to 5 star resort.
