Amazing place a short and easy drive into Seattle. Very safe location. Like leave your car unlocked safe (not that I'd recommend it but it is THAT safe). Room was nice. Free laundry. OK outdoor sitting area although the chairs are not very comfortable.

The rooms are nice and clean, a little outdated but If you’re just looking for a nice quick trip it’s perfect. The beds are comfortable and the tv is nice, the ac is crispy. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. There’s also a little outside spot with fire pits. Overall a good time :)

Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service and Lack of Transparency I had booked an Advanced Purchase room and called to inquire about a refund due to unexpected circumstances. I was aware that one was unlikely (but doesn't hurt to ask) and understood when they couldn’t provide me with one. Instead, I was told a simple date change could be made, which was accommodated. I initially booked for 9/7 - 9/8 at a cost of $167.20 but requested to shift the dates to 9/14 - 9/15. The representative let me know that the change was made, and I would receive a confirmation email. No further details were provided. When I received the confirmation, to my shock, the dates were changed to 9/14 - 9/16 (two nights, not one) at a jaw-dropping cost of $2,292.70!! At no point during my call was I informed of this drastic increase in cost, nor did I ever request a two-night stay. I called back to address this mistake, but the representative told me that someone will get back to me and repeated that this was a fully pre-paid room and that refunds weren’t guaranteed. I would understand that refunds aren’t guaranteed had this been about the initial booking, but this new booking issue was not caused by me. The error in dates and the obscene price increase were entirely on the hotel's end. I was told that someone would call me today and when no one did, I called back only to be told again that someone will reach out to me at a later time. Had I been informed of this outrageous price increase, I would have never agreed to changing the dates (which ended up being incorrect). Instead, I am now being forced to pay nearly $2,300 for dates I never requested, based on rates I was never informed of. The rooms on the website are also no where near $999 a night like the rate shown on my confirmation email. I would never have expected such incompetence and dishonesty from a hotel. Do better.

I spent 2.5 hours in the parking lot looking for ANYWHERE else to stay. The place smelled musty, the kitchenette was dirty with food stains in the same drawer as the "clean" silverware, there was no AC in the bedroom and the mattress had stains. The carpet was peeling up in the halls as well as the room, and the bathroom had mold growing around the tub. I've stayed at better Motel 6s for less than I paid to NOT stay at this hotel. I was promised a refund and never received one. My suggestion would be to pick another hotel..

Don't do it! Grabbed this room because it was close to where I was visiting. Will never stay here again. Honestly if it was more than a few hours, I would have spent the extra money and found a different hotel. The bathroom was so disgusting, I felt dirty just using it. Dirty shower curtain with stations, Mom's, dust, and scrapes EVERYWHERE. Front desk was new or just didn't know what to do. Muggy, no fans, musty, smelled of mold and cigarettes. I purchased through Expedia workout the insurance for cancellations. I will never do that again after this. I've never stayed at such a gross place. I was looking for somewhere to add pictures but I don't see it so I'll have to figure out where to post those.

Positive: The location was good it was out of the way but within reach of stores and interstate access. The room itself was okay just needed renovations Negative: Dirty Bathrooms,no hot food for continental breakfast just a bagel or cereal, one luggage cart for the entire hotel,windows were broken and missing screens so I had to keep my kids away from half the room, room service was rude and rushed me to checkout

The room had a musty smell to it but per average to slightly below average room. For the price and location, it's probably a decent one night stay. The bed was on the softer side, the parking is very tight, but stay here vs extended stay down the road. İf they hit this place with some fragrance or something, it might raise the score half a point

A good place to stay for both personal and business. The suites are great with a good amount of space, other rooms are good too. Breakfast is grab and go but hot coffee will be available.
