Laptop MD was able to fix liquid damage to my MacBook Pro in about a week. Very reasonable, calm, professional, good at explaining things. Highly recommend!

Worst place ever. They have had my laptop for over 44+ days, and their website says "30 day guarantee". They don't notify you for updates unless you call. Every week I would call and they would just say " they need until next week". They took over 35 days to just just say they can't fix my laptop. Yet they still expect me to pay a fee which is the worst part. I could have had this laptop checked anywhere else during the time frame. They also said I can pick up my laptop when they call me, but no call has been received. Anywhere else would be better than this place. Update 8/25/24: owner was kind enough to waive fees and compensated for the problems. Nice gesture.

Michael did a great job figuring out and correcting the issue and getting rid of many of useless programs accumulated over the years. Same day service at a very reasonable price. Great job.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they are wonderful! My work computer would not turn on and they quickly figured out the problem and were so honest and helpful. My husband and I will recommend them to anyone we know in the area having computer or phone issues. Thank you!!!

Very professional people. They diagnose and clearly explain the options. Fast service. I just found them too expensive for my needs, so couldn't afford them. Hence 4 stars. I loved the art work on their walls made out of mother boards. They definitely have a passion to fix broken things, rather than simply replacing the entire boards blindly. This is an eco friendly approach. What they do is a real service. Respect.
