True that this is a premium product for a premium price but it is worth the penny you spend. Very creamy and rich in taste. A lot of flavors and the staff is very nice. You get two flavors even in the small size. The ambiance is nice and reflects its culture. Ample sitting spots and free parking available on the premises.

So nice we had it twice! We had our first Lappert's experience at the Lahaina Maui location which, as of this writing, is unfortunately no longer there, but this location was very similar in a lot of ways. The quality of the infamous Dole Whip was spot on and I actually think there may have been more of a variety of ice cream flavors and thus combinations at this location. There is limited seating inside and outside but they do have some misters over the seats the the shade of the building to provide some relief on hot days. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in offering suggestions and skillful in preparing our treats. It was a great experience, and who knows, we may hit them up again before we leave the desert! 😉🍦🍍🍉

Angela and Jasmine helped us. Angela was very nice. Asked if we wanted to sample any of the ice cream...we sure did. Tried three flavors. We liked them all. Hard to choose. A little pricey but worth it. If we're in town, we'll go back.

This place was great! We had a milkshake, and a plethora of ice cream flavors, all of which were delicious! The service was great, the place was super packed but still provided top-notch service!

Googled this place and oh my god I was not disappointed!!! Super cute inside. The staff was super nice and the overall decor was nice! Everything Hawaii themed. We aren't from the area so this was an awesome find. All the ice cream and sorbets were awesome. I'd definitely go back when I am in the area. Also thank you to the person who paid for our ice cream in advance ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ the sorbets were allll AWESOME

We found Dole soft serve ice cream here. Was just as good as in Hawaii and Disney World.

Great selection, had 2 sorbet flavors, guava & passion fruit, that were refreshing and delicious. Kids had classic cookie & cream and Hannah road (Rocky) and they wouldn’t even let me try. The staff are super nice and friendly. The owner, Mr Bruno is a sweet man, the kind of person that makes you proud to be an American. I highly recommend avoiding desert at restaurants and making your way to Lappert’s or coming down after a hike under the desert sun.

This ice cream is the real deal but Lappert's offers so much more! Sorbet, smoothies & shakes, Dole Whip, Hawaiian shaved ice, sundaes, and lots of fun toppings. The staff is friendly and has little sampling spoons. Their place is clean, colorful with tropical decor, and it's almost overwhelming how much there is to choose from. The first time I had their ice cream was many years ago in Hawaii and their quality remains A+!
