A CAUTIONARY TALE!! My husband and I were taking our 3 and 7 year old daughters to a birthday party at Creative Jane this morning. We pulled into a spot outside of their parking lot and Kate Lane starts screaming across the parking lot that we need to move. I took my two girls out of the car and my husband proceeded to move our car so the girls could attend the party. Kate Lane then proceeds to come screaming at me with my two little girls hand and hand. She said, “Oh aren’t you setting such a good example for your children showing them it’s okay to park illegally!.” “You should be ashamed of yourself!!” No Kate. You darling, you should be ashamed of yourself! I couldn’t believe what she was saying to a woman and her children she had never met! We pulled into a parking space for a total of 12 seconds. I was appalled!!!! She continued yelling as my husband pulled out. Let me say this Kate, IF I EVER HAD A NEED FOR THE SERVICE YOUR BUSINESS offered I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. I WOULD HAPPILY TELL ANYONE NEVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY EITHER. Have some basic human decency to be kind and appropriate ESPECIALLY around children. If you have a problem on a SATURDAY (your business is ONLY open mon-Friday 9-5) then you should contact your landlord and the landlord of creative Jane to ensure a parking policy!!!!!! Instead of trolling around the parking lot yelling at innocent children scaring them to death. I’m sure you’re such a kind soul and an absolute pleasure to work with. Your employees must be miserable!!

BEWARE! This review is based on my experience with the owners Jim and Kate Lane outside of their establishment Lane Tech Solutions. I recently made the mistake of parking in the parking lot in front of of their store. I was visiting the adjacent business with my one year old. The few parking spaces next to the business I was visiting, Creative Jane’s, were full and the parking lot in front of Tech Solutions is the only close available safe parking in the area (to get to the next parking lot one has to cross 4 lanes of traffic on Fairbanks). The lot in front of Tech Labs was less than 1/3 full with fewer than 6 cars. While there is in fact a “tow away zone” sign placed outside the parking lot entrance, there is no signage that explicitly states that the entire lot is for Lane Technology Solutions parking only. During the one hour I was parked there, Jim Lane called to have my car towed. In 95 degree heat with a 1 year old in hand, I came out to find a tow truck trying to leave with my car unless I paid $125 in cash. Please Note, there are NO ATMs nearby and I did not have that kind of money on hand. If not for the kindness of other moms who saw my plight from next door and the owner of Creative Jane, I don’t know what I would have done. The tow truck driver informed me that the Lanes had called in 4 cars (all of moms with small children FYI) to be towed and that this is something they do often. For clarity there were ZERO customers inside during the entire hour and a half this ordeal went down. Kate Lane’s behavior specifically was appalling. She told me that this would be “a good teaching lesson for me to teach my kid how to read since I apparently could not and also how to take responsibility for my poor actions.” I understand the Lanes do not have to share their parking with other companies but please add clearer signage or signage on each spot. Sadly this was never an issue before Tech Labs opened. However given the extremely limited parking in the area that would at least lessen the situation and help keeping people from being towed (unless of course that’s not what they want) Overall my experience was very eye opening to how certain people can lack empathy and decency, especially for mothers with toddlers in the Florida heat. I was there for 1.5 hours and the entire time never offered myself or baby to cool off inside their office space or any help of any kind. While I can’t speak to their services, the way they treat people speaks toward their poor character. These are people I would not work with.

As owner of Lane Technology Solutions and also the marketing/sales "dept", I can honestly say that I, nor anyone at our company, has reached out to or spoken with Mr. Polziner or the company he works for A. Duda & Sons (This is the company that comes up as his employer on his Linkedin profile.). There may have been a mistake in the identity of the person who reached out to him. I understand that it can be frustrating to get sales calls. I do receive them quite often myself. I can only imagine that it must have been a very difficult conversation if it sparked him to make this review. I have tried to call Mr. Polziner to speak to him, once we saw this review, but I was not able to reach him.

Great company that provides excellent IT services, their staff are always understanding and friendly and provide solutions promptly.

Extremely pleased with the wonderful service I have received. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Even the tech that came out to my site showed up on time.

We received a call asking for our Director. They never even did their research to find out we have our own IT Staff and who they would talk to. They also did no research on our Company.

Always there when we need them. They cover all of our O365 needs and are a go-to company for all your cyber security.
