Landmark Inn - Hotel in Sevierville - 401 Forks of the River Pkwy, USA

The first room they put me and my children in had not been touched after being used by a previous occupant. Unmade bed, trash on sink and dirty towels strewn about the room. The front desk quickly put us in a new room. It had a portable electric heater sitting on a carpet floor. The AC unit under the window was apparently broken. The carpet was so nasty that, after walking across it once, your bare feet snuck to the tile floor and the shower mat/towel. Chunks of something came out of the tub faucet. I took a shower, but would not let the kids take baths when I saw pink stuff growing in two corners of the shower and a spot of mold in the shower curtain. Comforters were nasty and the pillows were cheap and flat. The toilet was not bolted down securely and the seat was loose as well. I stayed here 8 years ago and it was nice! Maybe new owners are to blame for the poor condition of this inn. I do not recommend staying there; especially at $180 a night!

Definitely an older, dated motel. But clean and sufficient for a 1 night stay. Bed was surpisingly comfy for a basic motel. Property was quiet and seemed safe. Loved loved loved the back door balcony overlooking the little pigeon river, and watching all the ducks and geese. That was the best part. ( I added a nice sunset pic I took from the balcony) They don't have any breakfast at all, nor do they have an in room microwave or mini fridge. This is why we would not stay more than one night nor would we recommend staying more than one night. If this doesn't matter to you, then it's a great choice.

The rooms were very clean, even the stairwell and outside walkways. Beds were comfortable, and we had our own private balcony out the back with a view of the river/creek. The staff were friendly. My only negative here was the shower head was small so didn't offer a lot of pressure, but the water was amazingly hot. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. Overall, great deal for the price and I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Pigeon Forge for activities, and easy access to the interstate. Not secluded but fairly quiet.

Positive: Staff was very helpful and friendly, hotel is located close to tourist areas. About 10-15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, an hour from Gatlinburg. Beds were clean, sheets changed every other day and towels changed daily. Close to stores and amenities. Negative: Bathroom ceiling had some small mold spots, our mirror above the sink was never cleaned and was streaky from check-in. Shower head leaked heavily and the shower curtain did little to contain the water. Toilet made weird surging noises when flushing.

Positive: The location was great. The view out back of the river was amazing. Negative: The room was a huge disappointment! Everything was old and worn out. Bedding had cigarette burns and holes. Towels were worn and dirty looking. There were cigarette burns in the woodwork around the back door. The tub had a filthy shower curtain. Very bad!

My husband and I paid $180 bucks for one night stay in a jacuzzi room. Room 107. The room in our opinion is very over priced! It smells stale,musty and old and no matter what we tried we could not freshen up the air in the room. The bed was ok however there was some green unexplainable "stuff" under the mattress. The bathroom is very narrow with not a lot of room. We were visited by a very large spider that crawled out of the sink which was quite a surprise 😮 🫢 Quite a few damaged tiles in the room and...The towels could definitely use a upgrade as the were quite hard. The back door leading outside to the river and all the ducks was honestly the only plus of the room! Honestly we couldn't handle the old musty smell longer than one night and will NOT ever be staying here again. For $180.00 charge (for one night) and a $100.00 cash deposit we were definitely expecting something a bit better. Completely disappointed 😞 We DO NOT Recommend✨️✨️✨️✨️

Have stayed there several times and it was always great until this time the maids were outside our room at 830 and when they knocked I told them come back later they said they just wanted to know if we needed clean towels . I told them we hadn’t even had a shower yet to come back later they never came . For 4 days they never touched our room not even to take trash out . I don’t know if management is to blame or just bad help but we will never go back there and make sure that we never recommend it .

Stayed here needing a cheap place for 1 night. It was good for needing a one night stay. Little outdated but clean. Front desk was nice at check in and check out. Bed was super comfy. Would stay again.
