Landmark is a wonderful apartment building in the center of College Park. Not only is it in a prime location, but its employees also go above and beyond to ensure each resident is treated well. The front office is always available to answer questions and I can always expect to be greeted with a warm welcome each time I visit.
Landmark is great! I recommend it to everyone I know! It is always clean and orderly which always a great comfort when being there everyday. Thank you to everyone who makes the magic that happens there!

Sam was able to help me find a great living situation when I approached him for assistance. Sam went above and beyond his job, not only helping me find a good apartment quickly, but was attentive to my move-in needs and stayed in constant communication to ensure my living situation was great. The team has been pleasant to speak with. However, their leasing practices are indeed questionable. We entered a sublet agreement and signed a lease for one price, were charged rent. Then, they realized it was lower than the previous tenant and went in and charged our account more money. That's not how the legalities of lease agreements work - especially nearly one month after signing. There has been difficulty in getting clear information the first time around and several necessary changes leading up to signing. I tried to be excited about my student moving here, based on the reviews and Brandon's kind demeanor. But, if we're starting off with them literally illegally charging us outside of the signed, agreed upon amount, it makes my stomach churn. Hopefully, my son will not be blacklisted because of my review - but it is the honest truth. BE CAREFUL and READ CLOSELY and VERIFY, VERIFY, VERIFY BEFORE signing. This is so unfortunate and, frankly comes off as greed.
Brandon works at the leasing office and he is absolutely exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things related to Landmark and is always there to assist residents.
I have lived here for 2 years as a student and have had a great experience, in particular staff member Brandon has gone above and beyond for me with a wide range of requests that I have. I appreciate everything you have done for me Brandon, you’re the best!
