55+ community with quite an Activity board! Games, parties, gatherings. Pool, Shuffleboard, pool tables, exercise equipment.
The residents are so nice, walking their dogs, riding in their golf carts or bikes, always greeting everyone they pass.
Management (Debbie, our Mgr, and Mike our maintenence go-to guy) are always taking care of the property, and upgrades.
This is a great community to live in!
We are staying for the winter. Nice facility. Friendly management. Assisted in getting us located next to our sister in law, when reservation got mixed up. Nice clubhouse and pool. Lots of washing machines in laundry. Small exercise area in clubhouse.. elliptical and multi station weight machine.

We have been at Landing Resort for a few days now staying a couple months. It’s a clean park everywhere. Dog friendly. I really appreciated Mike (maintenance) helping us back into our site. He took a lot of time out if a very busy schedule to ensure I was happy with parking of the TT. The people have been great.
Love our home here ❤ Park manager Debbie is awesome informative and very helpful. Maintenance man Mike is on the spot with repairs to your lot and surrounding areas attentive to the community and keeps it clean and functional .
Centrally located close to beaches, theme parks lots of resturants , hospitals and doctors. Allot of upgrades happening all positive. Quick response from park manager Debbie and Maintenance Super Mike if and when a problem is imminent; construction workers hit a water line causing an outage and electric also - kudos to Mike for having fixed these in record time 20 minutes . Love Love Love our home in Landing..
After purchasing this place in September 2020, during a very unsettling time in our country. I realized what a blessing this Place is. I have been blessed with meeting some of the best people ever. I would like to say a special thank you to the management, Debbie Orr and Mike for keeping the place running, clean, and safe. I feel so at home here, even during what most people would have called an unsafe time. I was blessed to live in a place that felt safe, while the world was falling apart, I was still able to enjoy agreat deal of activities, friendships and all in a safe and friendly environment, it’s truly been an awesome experience. We came after most of the snowbirds had left so it was very quiet. The people there were very nice and welcoming. The park is clean and well maintained. The laundry facility was the nicest and cleanest I've seen.
Great place with lots to do close by to many Florida attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful . Rental is very affordable for seasonal and yearly. Many events going on during the winter cards , bingo , and weekly Music jams. Swimming pool and pool tables fun for all. It is friendly winter family.
Where to begin, we LOVED our stay at Landing Resort. Activities galore: bingo, euchre, puzzles, diamond painting, shuffleboard, horseshoes, dances, breakfasts and that amazing salt water pool.
The staff bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and the fellow campers are so welcoming and friendly.
It's the BEST place we have ever camped! I can't wait till next year!
