Simply put an outstanding library. There is a lot of substance packed into one floor small to medium sized building. There are plenty of public computer's an outstanding DVD section. The kids section is large and would have gotten pics but didn't want to make the patrons uncomfortable . 4 stars and not 5 is do to the lack of power outlets to seating options. This is unacceptable and doesn't make sense in 2018. The chairs are cloth covered and pretty comfortable much better than vinyl and doesn't give you a sweaty butt. There is plenty of parking and it's in a rural setting. I do alot of traveling and love to visit library's to do work and this one works for me.
I absolutely love coming here– there's lots of space to sit and read or use the computers, and there are often events going on, especially for kids. The remodel also added an expanded makerspace and a bunch of lovely private study rooms to work in. I just wish that they hadn't removed so many of the books in updating the space, or that they at least end up bringing the bigger bookshelves back.
This is a wonderful new place for all ages to enjoy! It's more then books to check out, they offer dvds, music, educational toys, binoculars set for birders donated by Tampa Audubon.. Countless online books, movies, etc! You do not even need to leave your home! It's got lots of places to use computers, printers ( you can send in from home pick up at library), fax also! Lots of fun free classes, the woodworking shop is my favorite.
Half the books are gone if not more, and the big, practical shelves have been replaced by puny little shelves so there won’t ever be room for more books to be added. The building is practically empty And it felt so dull, yes that’s amazing that one can use online to read when they can’t move - but that break the whole experience of a library.. I used coke in during my elementary days and this library felt like a whole magical place with all the new books that I look forward now it’s sad and disappointed. I hope the community acknowledges this horrible remodeling interior
The kindest most efficient staff I have seen anywhere. I'm in this library several times a week and it's always a pleasant environment.
Every Tuesday is book sale day and they constantly bring out new things every week. The books are usually in great condition and r cheap. They also have a huge coloring book selection if your into that
I have homeschooled my children at this library, meeting other moms, fostering a love of reading, for the past 12 years. When I found out the library was being remodeled, we were excited. The much anticipated day came and I went in to see what wonderful changes took place. I was met with a cold sterile environment. Gone was the child friendly warmth that made this library such a wonderful place to take children. Gone were the wide selection of books. Gone were the tucked away spaces to sit and read. The adult side is just as bad. The book selection is minimal. When asked if they are planning on bringing more books, I was told that all I have to do is request a book and they can get it. Well, I can do that myself online. The point of going to the library is to peruse the shelves and look through the many books. Sometimes not knowing what you are looking for can open doors in reading. There is nothing intimate about this library. Nothing cozy. There is nothing that would make me want to stay and enjoy the premises. But, as the librarian said, it’s clean. 🫤
The remodel removed any safe feeling this library had. Everything is so sterile and empty and there's like 5 books in the entire building. The shelves are so short you can see the entire room while browsing, and the entire time you're in there, you feel like you're being watched. It's terrible. I don't know what prompted this change, or why it took so long to ruin such a wonderful library, but it's saddening.

First time trying Outside BBQ today and it was delicious! New favorite bbq place in the area now. I had Brisket, Mac, and collard greens and it was all seasoned to perfection and delicious. Definitely recommend!
