Lambertson Farms Apartment Homes - Featured Reviews (342)
We have lived here for almost 2 years and plan to sign again if the rent isn't raised by too much. Firstly, I want to say that any reviews with negative feedback about the office staff, specifically Chad, are downright incorrect. Everyone at the office is amazing, and Chad is a manager who really listens and cares about the residents living here. He helped my entire building get through a terrible situation caused by an unstable resident, and he did so with grace and kindness. Everyone else who works here is wonderful, including the front office staff and all of the maintenance staff that I've had the pleasure of meeting. They are all professional and extremely nice! Bad stuff first (then the good): the crime here is not the worst, but it's definitely a problem. Most apartment complexes deal with similar crime situations, so it's not like anywhere is much better. Cars do get broken into, balconies get vandalized, and stairways get pooped in by homeless people (I wish I was making that up, but unfortunately, that happened just after we moved in). We do get a lot of homeless people around the park next door or at the lake behind the apartment, and because they can access the apartments property, they do cause issues. Some are extremely respectful and kind, and I have no problem with those who fit that category. Others are dangerous, hopped up on drugs, and steal or trash our community. It is what it is, and everywhere around Denver has been dealing with this. I don't blame the management for this. What are they supposed to do? (We do have cop cars drive through regularly, so that's nice, at least, although I've never seen them get out and check out the lake facing side of the complex) Now the good: the apartments are wonderful. We paid more for the updated appliances, and all of them work great. Our A/C and heat have gone out a couple of times, but maintenance is always extremely quick to fix this for us! Kudos to them! The lake is wonderful to have, as is the park (when it's light out and safe, and not being trashed by vagrants). We walk our pups around the lake multiple times a day, and we've never had any issues. There is so much life here, and it's fun to watch! We have a resident fox, turtles, every kind of bird, lots of garter snakes (they are generally small and cute, buy occasionally my girlfriend sees a big one and it freaks her out), river otters, and a myriad of other animals (I cladding one shy coyote). Our building is what really sets this place apart, and for that we are very lucky! We have a small community in our building, and all of the neighbors are great and watch out for each other and each other's things. When thinking about moving, our neighbors are a large reason why we stay. It's great to have a community of great neighbors, and I have a feeling our building is not the only one like this! Pool area has always been great! Grills work and children can play freely, and while that seems to bother some residents, I personally don't have kids, but I think children being able to be children is a benefit of a great community and not a problem at all. Kids and parents here all seem super respectful! Again, the staff is too notch! I've never had such a great experience living in an apartment, and I think the staff here work hard to make that happen for everyone. Chad and Feran are awesome, and I've never been treated disrespectfully. Not once! This is a great place to live, as long as you realize it's still very much in the city, and understand that crime happens anywhere in the city. Put a camera on your front door so amazon packages don't get stolen, and maybe a camera on your balcony so your car doesn't get broken into. Good deterants that cost less than 30$ and make you feel safe.
My stay at Lamberston Farm has been nothing but wonderful. The leasing ladies (especially Melissa) have been extremely helpful. The community is quite and clean. I love my attached garage which keeps my car protected during the winter. The maintenance team is awesome. My water stopped working due to frozen pipes and Caleb was at my doorstep within 5 minutes of our phone call. Amazing experience overall.
Recently had a tour for a lovely 2bedroom with a garage. We had the pleasure of having Melissa for our leasing agent. She was great. Not only was she knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area, but she was beyond friendly and a breath of fresh air compared to others in her industry. We unfortunately didn't lease the unit due to finding something closer to work but we will send others her way! Thanks again Melissa!
I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Brian, the apartment maintenance guy. His speed and efficiency in handling tasks are truly remarkable. Beyond that, his kindness and quick responsiveness make him stand out. Brian's dedication to his work significantly enhances the overall living experience here.
Melissa was absolutely amazing! She gave me a tour of the 2 bedroom 1 bath floor plan, and was beyond patient in answering all of my questions. Will definitely recommend all of my friends to her (as well as Lambertson properties) when settling in the area
I’ve lived here for approximately 4 yrs. and I love it here. I haven’t had many maintenance issues with my apartment but the few that I’ve had - Brian has been quick to fix. Brian is very effective in his work. Thank you!
We have lived here for about a year and a half and really like it here. A very quiet community and maintenance request are done in a timely manner. Farin in the office is always so nice and helpful and has a smile on her face every time anyone walks in.
Hi, I wanted to review my three years at Lambertson Farms Apt. I moved here in the summer of 2020, middle of COVID. I chose this location because it was near my work and being new to CO I didn’t know what to expect in terms of traffic and such. I also chose it because it had great reviews so I wanted to share my time here so that it might help anyone that is looking to rent here. First the apartments are a bit outdated, the appliances in many units are white, basic older models. The have some laminate and cheaper carpets. I know some Apt have stainless steel but that would cost you more. Now for the living experience, I first lived in a 2bed2bath unit and it was fairly quiet at the start, some issues getting good parking spots near your apt if you arrived after 5:30pm. I think because of COVID, the location was not as full. Maintenance function ok, not too fast not too slow. Then I relocated to a 3 bed2bath last year and things went downhill pretty fast. One thing to note is that no matter how well you take care of your apt they will charge you a move out fee of at least six hundred to a thousand or more for carpets. So if you are thinking of being here a year add that to your cost. First these are non smoking units and lots of residents were smoking all over the place. I did not use the pool but the one time I did visit with my grandson, some kids not residents, jumped the fence into the pool area from the open space and verbally and physically attacked me and the lady from the management office. My car and several others got broken in, management didn’t do much, said they hired security but it is just a car that passes by twice a night. Also my unit was serviced by the maintenance people who left a hose loose and water leaked, creating mold. They brought a huge dehumidifier and left on for weeks. Created holes in the wall and never made any repairs. Several packages have been stolen from us so we put up cameras to feel more secure. Mostly maintenance had been professional when I had any issues in the past but my last experience was with an extremely rude employee. In general when I moved here, I thought the place might need renovating but otherwise it seem safe and clean. The last year though I felt that it was declining both in safety and living experience. I am moving out now so I wanted to share my personal experience in case it helps anyone that is thinking about renting here.

Located not too far from downtown with plenty of parking spaces. Place is filled with mid tier brand names and had some pretty good offers. Clothing discounts are better if you buy multiple pieces from the same outlet. Dining options are a little lim
