What a great place to stay! Clean rooms, and a wonderful view 😄 Really nice

The owner is a nice guy, hoping he makes the place nicer. The room I was in had about four different floors hodgepodged together, the roof leaks, there's no smoke detector in the room, no fire extinguisher in the room, the water is either scalding hot or lukewarm, on either side of the faucet. Rent was reasonable but you ain't getting much for it other than a room that could be a lot better. When I got there, there were boogers on all the walls. Floors crusty, shower nasty, toilet nasty, bathroom counter for the sink partially falling off the wall. The windows are drafty and are held together with duct tape. I'm pretty sure someone's growing dope in one of the rooms. What if given only one star but the owner was nice so I'm giving two.

We stayed here several years ago when we visited the area to fish. It's not fancy but it IS clean and the price is right. We've returned now for 4 years. It's always been quiet after dark and the view of the lake is perfect. The shower is hot, there are both a microwave and fridge in the room. The beds are very comfy and clean. The owner goes out of his way to be helpful and give good service. We'd much rather stay here than a more upscale and less "personal" place.

I wanted to like this place. It was just too dirty. The walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was not great, the bedding seemed clean. There are covers on the mattress & plastic on the box spring or I may have just forfeited my $80 (entirely too much money for this room) and left. There was very obvious water damage on the walls. Where they lost me, completely, they repaired holes in the window with toilet paper. I have no problem with a quick easy fix but for Pete's sake they make silicone, or great stuff, or a plethora of other inexpensive alternatives to toilet paper. The guy that checked us in was very nice, but there is no excuse for the complete lack of maintenance. Based on the toilet paper in the window I don't trust this business is doing anything in the best interest of their customer, which makes me worry about health and safety.

Stopped by as a guest briefly; for a building that has been there for quite some time, the rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The TV was actually bigger than I've seen in much fancier places. The water in the bathroom sink was, interestingly enough, warm right off the go, but that was the only temperature it got. Not a bad place, and you can't beat the convenience of the location!

We were in town for a sports event. This property is in a nice location, it is on a busy highway next to Lake Michigan with a great view and a awesome walking path along the lake with beach access. The rooms are very dated but were clean. No more old carpet as they now have laminate/vinyl flooring. It will get you by for a night. If you are looking for moderan rooms and to relax in the room look elsewhere. I am very easy to please and not picky. I would have stayed somewhere else. This place is mainly an extended stay motel for fisherman that come for multiple day fishing trips. Gone all day fishing, just needing a shower and a place to sleep. Manager was very friendly.

Great place to stay and sleep. Great view of the biggest Lake from all around the Lake. Very reasonable prices and charging chargers raters raters rates. Bedding is perfect always perfectly clean sheets. Room service is always quick when you have a question and is very responsive.

Our original stay here was 2013 and we've returned every year since. The owners remember us each time and make sure we have a room that's clean with anything extra we may need (extra towels, extra coffee, space heater etc.)||The rooms are dated but have always been clean. They allow dogs with no hassle.||We come to Two Rivers to fish and aren't looking for fancy
