Lakeview Motel - Motel in Knoxville - 6133 Chapman Hwy, USA

So here goes it's roach infested and mold all over the bathroom and there are no smoke alarms and the house keeping is terrible and not one time in Three weeks were we able to get clean sheets we bought our own but I continued to ask for some not getting any and when they came to my room for a TV issue the person who came smelled terrible and I couldn't get the smell out for hours they are charging 350.00$ a week for a landfill and then they are saying no guest and I have workers who meet me for work and they threatened to kick me out and mind you you don't get a refund so if they make you leave after one day for gust you loose 350.00$ so I wouldn't recommend this place to band of demons and the devil 😈 himself it's all and all the nastyiest motel I have ever stayed in a public restroom is cleaner than that place.

This absolutely terrifying Bates motel was most hideous frightful nasty uninviting room I have ever stayed in in the Knoxville area. But wait until you get to the inside oh my stars. I could barely understand the lady I said I'm going to pay with a credit card she said $5 for the key no problem. The desk clerk had lots of animosities she was sharp and made rude comments as to how many in your party how will you be paying. I said with a credit card. She said $5 deposit for key and we want our key back don't take our sheets and stay out of trouble. All this was said to me a 60 year old man. I only wanted to lie my head down for the evening to get rest so I could do another weary travel day tomorrow. I would give this hotel a zero If I could buy i gave it a one all the way across the board. My friends stay the hell away from this Bates hotel on Chapman highway good day.

THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY NICE/POLITE, BUUUUT they need to update and refinish all of the rooms. Absolutely outdated. But didn't see any bugs or anything, so that's always a plus!

Horrible costumer service rude husband and wife and dirty rooms. If I can give this place zero star I would you see the sign for this location go the other way!

There were cockroaches everywhere and u had to leave the lights on. There was trash behind the bed and all kinds of cigar wrappers that were not cleaned out of the microwave cubby. The floor had not been vaccuumed and the bathroom was filthy. Will NVR stay there again.

Nasty, roaches, non smoking room came with ashtray and cigarette burns in sheets, blankets and pillow cases. Tub nasty and didnt drain well. People parking right in front of my room and hanging out there at 3am visiting someone a few doors down but apparently in front of my room was the place to be. Owners rude as hell. Got mad when I told him how nasty room was, he didn't want me staying there anymore, go figure

Was traveling and needed a place to sleep just for the night , place didn’t even take card !! Had a bad feeling about this place but just needed some sleep , nope ! The first room we got had a roaches on the dam bed and bugs everywhere , said non smoking but there was ashes all over the floor and burn holes on bed , so she gave us another room and WORST , blood stains on pillow and bugs flying all over!!!!! She should be ashamed, we’re not trash , trash obviously doesn’t mind ! Said no refunds but I sure as hell got my money back !!!!! Grossss
