A gem. The hotel location was great for us. It was 20m from Woodinville, which is where my kid lives. Downtown Kirkland was easy to get to. It was also a short, 30-minute drive to the famous Pike Place Market and the aquarium in Seattle. The hotel has a safe and comfortable feel, like staying at a friend's house. The on-site manager is easily accessible, she provides her phone number with check-in. We checked in after 11 pm so our key awaited us at the front counter. There is a code to get into the door in the free parking area. There is a fruit bowl and water at the front counter. The Queen bed was very comfy. We did not have a balcony view, we had a small one-bed, with a small kitchen area, a mini fridge, a sink, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Very clean! Nice big windows. The hotel was booked but we never saw anyone, I like that. We only used the hotel for sleeping so if you need more attention or entertainment this may not be for you. We were supplied towels but I did notice our AC was turned off. I didn't mind we were gone all day. We will stay here the next time we visit! OH, and a big plus for us, was having a gas station and shopping plazas across the street.

First and foremost the positives; clean room and great location for ease of traveling if you’re working in the area. However, the negatives vastly outweigh any of the aforementioned benefits. The first thing is that I did not once see an employee and had to call to check in and was simply told they left some cards at the desk. At no point in my four day stay was I offered additional towels, or basic amenities. The shower was constantly out of hot water and the minimal half moon glass door did nothing to stop water from spraying out all over the floor. Additionally there was no microwave which was perplexing as even the most disgusting motel six will have one of the these. The most infuriating aspect of my stay is that they control your room lights through auto timers and there is nothing you can do to keep them on. When trying to work at the desk in the evening I was forced to move every five minutes to trigger the lights again, and again, which in my mind is absolutely unacceptable. Not being able to just comfortably sit and work ruined the experience completely, no matter how convenient the location was. The fact that as an adult man I didn’t have control of the room lights was nonsense, and was almost like being babied, like I suppose that I’m too stupid to turn off the lights when I’m finished. I spent far too much to be treated this way and these shortcomings ruined what could have been a nice experience. If you want my advice, spend a few more dollars and get a nicer room somewhere else.

My wife and I were in town attending a wedding. This hotel checked all the boxes for us. Good location. Safe. Convenient parking at no extra cost. Quiet. Very good personal attention by Sahar. She gave us her personal number and we were able to text her at any time. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one was unique in a good way! The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The view was beautiful and we appreciated being able to step outside for fresh air which is not usually an option in many places.

I travel all over the world everything from 2 star to 6 star resorts and this place feels like home. They have fresh cut flowers wonderful greeting at the front desk, they have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Coffee maker that is filled with water (nobody fills those coffee machines with water), they have Netflix connected to the TV and many more Chanel’s no additional cost. It was just such a wonderful experience, this is my first google review and I am more than happy to have this place be my first review.

Well located local hotel with quick access to downtown Kirkland and a short 30-minute drive from the famous Pike Place in Seattle. The hotel has a homey and safe feel with great views! Tips: The door handle to enter needs to be lifted up, not turned down, to open. If you're sensitive to smells, let them know in advance as their cleaners are strong.

So Happy with this amazing hotel. Our room had a lot of space we had a big patio with a lake view and the fridge and freezer had cold drinks and water. The staff were so nice. Definitely will stay here again

This is our first time staying here and we also booked our next stay. The room is nice, the bed is really comfortable and the personal service from Sahar is outstanding. It’s such a rare find to have a hotel that is so personal. No phone trees, no call centers. It’s as though you are staying with a friend. Also an amazing value. Less than a mile from lake Washington and downtown Kirkland.

The bed was comfy, I loved the little private patio for a morning coffee moment, and Sahar made sure everything was perfect. Parking was on site. And proximity to hiking trails and the city was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!
