I found the maintenance managers disposition very calming and helpful. The site is clean and the new highway they put in makes it very convenient to get to heatherwood. Just like any company if you hire the right amount of employees things will work better and more economically.

What a great community event, giving out ice cream to the residents. I would love to see more of these events bringing the community together. Special shout out to Ashley the community manager and Stacey in leasing for hosting. My girls really enjoyed it on this humid summer day.

I had an issue with the dishwasher, Joe the maintenance guy came in that same day and fixed the leak. He was very professional. Nelson and the other members are wonderful as well.

Stacey was amazing showed us the units that were open so we could choose where we felt comfortable...nelson met with us on move in day, gave us a quick rundown and left us to do our thing.. only a few days in and this place is amazing... Such nice people... We are so happy to be here and the staff is amazing..

This place is great. During the whole underwriting process I was contacted every working day to make sure all documents were in order and filled correctly. If something was out of place or missing I was sure to get a call to be informed to change or update a document. I would like to personally thank Stacey for making everything smooth and seamless. I would also like to thank Nelson for his amazing staff of maintenance here, they work fast and are very friendly and cooperative with their work.

I absolutely love living here. Anytime I have a problem it is fixed right away. Jonathan and his team are great!

As always, the maintenance team went above and beyond to address the situation that needed to be attended to. Extremely timely & friendly for any/all work orders.

I have lived here for over 17 years. I have seen maintenance guys come and go within these years. I honestly have to say John the super and NELSON the maintenance guy are the most caring professional employees that I have ever met here. Along with Tom who has been here since day 1 with me. AWESOME crew!
