Nice! Great beds and very clean from top to bottom. The shower had great water pressure and was hot and refreshing. Should be a first choice when in that area and in need of a room. Convenient location with a gas station next door and really close to the lake.
Recently renovated large motel rooms with clean, new beds, hot showers, microwave & fridge, coffee maker, and fast free WiFi. Contactless check in and entry made for a really peaceful stay. There's access to fresh water and ice at the front of the property. The sunsets are beautiful, especially because it sits on top of a hill.
We absolutely love this place.... The rooms are so clean and spacious and the owners are the most nicest couple ever... They make sure u don't need anything and if u do they take care of u no matter what it is or what time it is.... I so recommend staying here
I was referred to this place by a friend. When you’re traveling for work you need a fair price and I thought they definitely did that.The rooms were very clean. The new owners were very accommodating to our every need. We stayed 20 days and I truly enjoyed my stay.
Mattresses need updating. I got a room that someone had heavily smoked in which drove my allergies crazy. The place is nice and is in a great location and the rooms are nice and spacious.
Very pleasant stay, clean room, small fridge, microwave, hot shower and plenty of parking even with trailer or boat. Owner was friendly and welcoming. Just need more pillows however we always bring our own.
It was a really good. We were in town for a basketball tournament, and I had considered staying in Sherman because it's only like 20 miles away, but I found this motel and it had a really good reviews and all of the reviews stated that it was clean, so I gave it a chance and I was very pleased. My son and I stayed there. The room was basic but comfortable. I would recommend that anybody stay here whether it's or something that's happening around town or if you're going fishing in Lake Texoma. Very good visit.
Great place. Super friendly people. There's a bait shop and convenience store next door. Also a dispensary. Only complaint I would have is the lack of garbage cans by the pavilion and cabins.
Very nice set up, a container turned into hotel room. A/C worked great! Plenty of room and quiet. The ladies that clean were so nice and accommodated us even though we got off the lake at 11am checkout time. The manager was so nice and let us get our
