Bought a specialized fuse from the team there. Had some issues with it out of the gate but the team there bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. A masterclass in customer service. They will always have my business any time I am back up in the area.
My tires were a little low and I didn’t have my pump, on top of that my handle bars were offset and I stopped by the shop and asked them if they could help me out. No questions asked they filled my tires up and set my handle bars straight free of charge. I didn’t even purchase my bike from these guys and they were willing to help me out without even flinching. I really appreciated it!
What a great shop and the friendliness as soon as you walk in. They were not pushy they helped me get into a bike that best fits me for what I needed. They installed all my accessories before I left. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back for all my bike needs.
Matt and crew at Lakeshore bike have always provided great sales and service. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. I have purchased 4 Specialized bikes from Lakeshore and pleased with there quality. If you need a bike or service, this is the place to go!
I bought a Zoom Quick Comfort Adjustable Stem and had it installed by Lakeshore Bike. The bike was returned several times because the stem would loosen and the handlebars would dangerous shift. A serious accident could have occurred. The management finally stated he could not do anything more to correct the issue. I have had to carry a wrench to continuously fix the stem issues. Today, a new manager stated he would have warranty the product if I would have reach out before the warranty expired. I judge this product poor and customer service of Lakeshore Bike as unsatisfactory.
The staff are top notch. They explained the different features of the various models and let try them out before my purchase. I bought the Specialized Como 3 and love it.
I've been here 3 times and have been helped by 3 different employees, all of which were very helpful and friendly. They got my bike, which I purchased elsewhere, back on the road again after she needed repairs and a tune up. I also love that they're located right on the bike path, very convenient!
Got me in and out in no time on short notice with two flat tires. (One tubeless and one w a tube) They even had a wheel on clearance they recommended saving me some money. Jacob was informative and personal. Grateful to have a bike shop like this in Marquette!
