They have the two most important things, clean rooms and comfortable beds. She was sweet as pie, check-in was a breeze, and we got a good night's sleep. Did I say clean? My mother was an OCD clean freak and she would have approved. Great location to anything local, we watched the sunset overlooking the beach. Really great stay, thank you!

Very clean rooms for sure. Our toilet however did some rocking and had shims that had come out, I'm guessing they were to keep it stable. Would recommend though. Very friendly people and help when needed!

My hubby was recently diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma which is an incurable blood cancer! Even with treatment, all we can do is pray for is remission! Overwhelmed and having months of weekly treatments,|we really needed a get a way! THIS MOTEL WAS JUST PERFECT! The rooms are updated, very comfortable, and totally clean. Its located in a quiet, safe residential area close to everything Conneaut! THE VIEW AND SUNSETS WERE TOTALLY AWESOME! There is a beautiful large yard with outdoor seating which is well maintained! The owners were very helpful, even giving us menus to local restaurants, which are within walking distance! We will definitely go back whenever his treatment schedule permits! I would give this lovely motel, and the owners, a TEN STAR rating! So blessed to have found this gem, and make two new friends! JUST WHAT THE DR. ORDERED..REST, RELAX, RENEW!|

Absolutely perfect! The room was neat as a pin and SO clean. I can't rave about the cleanliness enough. Location was perfect, views are incredible, and the owner, Barb, is SO kind. We will definitely book again (we come annually for a fishing charter) . Highly recommend (one couple, no kids).

Our goal was peace, quiet and serenity. All expectations were exceeded. Barb and Tom were the proprietors at this location and were always close by to assure our comfort. I understand there are divisions over this Covid thing but ask yourself this. Wouldn't you feel more protected knowing that all the guests had been properly vaccinated? To me, it shows a higher level of responsibility and health safety for all. We travel quite a bit and we were well pleased with the cleanliness, bed comfort and maintenance of this property. The lake view could not be beat! Old shade trees enhanced the ambiance and the breeze so relaxing. Parking is room front so luggage were short and sweet steps. Even better when it rained at checkout. This was a welcome and made to order retreat from a previous week of calamity. We found it was also extremely budget friendly for all the value that came with it. We will be back!

Such a little Gem! The owners have cultivated such a beautiful piece of property over looking the marina + Lake Erie. The beach is within walking distance where we collected sea glass + Driftwood. The room was clean with amazing water pressure in the shower. We will be coming back and highly recommend staying.

First, I want to say thank you to the owners for asking if we were vaccinated. It shows she cares about us and especially her own family. The place is small, but extremely clean. It’s just what we needed. Quiet and relaxing. Barb was so accommodating. The view is breathtaking. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back.

This place is super cute and cozy. Well maintained rooms very very clean and I felt safe a secure. The owner was very accommodating as we needed another room for my sister in law. The view of the lake was an added bonus. Within walking distance the best coffee and breakfast. Charming and peaceful place. I really felt well rested and relaxed. What a special place.
