Great place to hike with the dogs. Relatively flat 2.6 mile hike. A frequent hiker told us there is a shortcut where you use ropes to cross some rocks but we didn’t try that route. Although the shortcut might have provided additional views of the lake. Very picturesque and recommend getting there early as the ingress/egress road is single lane in some spots.
Super beautiful lake with a nice easy 2.5 mile trail that runs along the water! So much greenery, clear blue water, wildflowers and baby geese :) highly recommend! Will definitely come back to do some kayaking
Nice place to go walk with your dog. Not busy even on Sunday. Good place to Kayaking and paddling. Many people fishing here, so it’s hard to catch a fish lol.
Awesome little gem of a hiking spot, only took a little over an hour to walk the entire lake at a brisk pace, had 2 dogs and 2 small kids with my girlfriend and I. They all handled it well. We did the trails in early January, conditions were a hit wet and slippery I'm places, but not too bad that the kids had to be carried or anything. The views were spectacular in the late evening. We finished the hike and got back yo the car just before sunset. The mountain air was fresh and cool, the water was clear and beautiful, I highly recommend checking out this hike!
Went on a 2 and a half mile walk with my son's scout group around the lake, than had lunch at one of about half dozen picnic tables available then fishing. There are some slight hills to climb on the path we took and half way through my 7 yr old started to complain but he made it. There are bathroom facilities but we didn't have to use them, so don't know what it's like inside. Didn't catch any fish as maybe it was past noon when started. Enjoyed the area.
Lake Tabeaud is a nice place to go hiking, kayaking, swimming, or have lunch or a picnic next the lake. There are a few picnic tables and a trail around the perimeter of the lake that is about two miles long. Worth visiting and hiking if in the area.
This is my favorite place. It is always so peaceful and quiet. You can really connect with your thoughts and calmness here. No swimming in the lake, so it's good for fishing. You can hike all the way around. Ride horses. There's a common area, but there are plenty of spots all around to hang out for the day! It's in the mountains so it's cooler than the city. If you haven't lived there, you wouldn't know about it. There is a public restroom and a parking lot. Four stars only because the fish are very small and the goose/duck population is large and some of the geese are not friendly!
The hiking trail are a wonderful with a beautiful lake view all the way. Plus furry babies are allowed.
Great club, a lot of quality equipment, machines, weights and cardio. All of the equipment is always in good working condition and the club updates and upgrades the equipment a few times a year. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. T
Service was wonderful, everyone was friendly! The food was amazing! The minestrone soup was divine, I've never had anything like it before. It had a little bit of a kick to it, it was delightful! The Basil Cream Chicken was full of so much flavor, th
The food was delicious. The service was excellent. The chips, bean dip and salsa were so good. We ordered taquitos Vallarta, beef fajitas, crunchy taco, burrito with pork carnitas, and shrimp spinach enchiladas. Food came out hot and quickly.
The fried cod in the fish and chips was amazing. I haven't had similar in years. The waffles were good and the potatoes were good. The hot chocolate is a large cup with whipped cream and chocolate syrup drizzle. The service was good (they missed my
It was a surprise. I stopped here to charge my car. People are very friendly, not just the staff even their customers. Many of them are large groups of friends and family. Lots of laughs and fun. Staff was taking care of all with a lovely smile on th
