I’m sure this inn caters more towards couples, however, it’s a great off season find and highly recommended on Trip Advisor. My daughter and I spent two nights here for my birthday. The room was very comfortable with a bonus fireplace and soaking tub. We went snow tubing at Wisp and that tub was put to great use after our time on the mountain. The Inn has an afternoon wine and snack set up. So desserts were always available and the wood burning fireplace in the great room was very inviting! Everyone was extremely helpful and even provided breakfast in the room. I highly recommended this Inn and hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our room for relaxation and rest. We went to the inn to get away for a weekend, and ended up with so much more. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. The view from our room was spectacular. The inn is so close to Wisp skiing resort that we were able to watch the skiers and snow boarders navigate the runs. When something went wrong with our car, they helped us get it sorted out. There were cookies and snacks every day laid out for the guests and there were a variety of beverages just outside of our room. The staff is amazing. We're already planning our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming B&B. They were so kind and the place was so cozy. We stayed in the Sam Leff room, it had a beautiful view of the lake and such a comfy bed. The only bad thing was you didn’t get a long hot shower, hot water runs out fast. Overall we loved our 2 night getaway and wish we could have their breakfast every morning!

Beautiful setting on the lake! Historic BB with modern amenities. We drove in with the snow falling and a warm fire greeted us in the main family room. Wine and snacks at 4 and met some wonderful people. Wisp very close. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. My husband planned this trip for our 25 anniversary and did a wonderful job booking this place.

Lake Pointe Inn B & B is our favorite place to go to get away and relax. Each time we return we are never disappointed....the Inn feels welcoming as soon as we step out of the car, and each room invites you to sit, soak in the beauty of the lake and trees outside your window, listen to the geese and let go of any and all stress. In the winter, the rooms have gas fireplaces and a sitting area, there's always a wood fire in the common sitting room with plenty of games, books, tea and snacks, and cozy chairs and blankets. The wrap-around porch is feet away from the water and has plenty of rocking chairs for just rocking and contemplating the beauty. The breakfasts are exceptional (best avocado toast anywhere!) and there is always coffee, tea, and homemade goodies for snacking. Happy hour from 4-5 includes snacks and wine. Wisp resort is literally across the street and offers winter sports and a summer white water rafting course that is super fun. The Inn has kayaks in the summer and a beautiful lawn and fire pit area perfect for outdoor relaxation. We highly recommend and plan to return again soon.

The Lake Pointe Inn is the best B&B in Maryland and awesome for relaxation at Deep Creek Lake. It’s a Beautiful old house on the Lake that has been renovated over time with updated amenities. It’s Clean, Quite, Comfortable, Cozy, Charming and has a lot of history. Each room is shaped and designed differently. We had not stayed in a B&B before prior to 2021 due to the price range and thought we would try it ONE time. We have now stayed here 7 times, each in a different room and have loved everyone with its own character and uniqueness. In 2023 we’ve stayed in the McCann and Inn Keepers suites. The McCann is at the back of the house, has a fireplace, balcony and lake view. The Inn Keeper Suite is at the front of the house, has a fireplace, huge bathroom with a claw tub and waterfall shower, a small kitchenette and its own deck with lake and mountain views. You can relax on the large front porch, the lawn, in the hammock, in the outdoor sitting area or by the firepit all while viewing the Lake, Mountains and nature. In the summer you can enjoy canoes, kayaks and they will take you on a tour of the lake on their pontoon boat. Breakfast is Amazing! Don’t miss happy hour at 4:00pm and mingle with other guests. They have the Best friendliest and accommodating Inn Keepers and staff in the business! During our stay in March this year, Tia made an incredible Peanut Butter/Chocolate for my husband’s birthday and was very much appreciated. I highly recommend the Lake Pointe Inn to everyone; some of my friends have taken my advice and found out for their selves what a wonderful Treasure it is. We call it our second home.

We spent our anniversary weekend at this bed and breakfast and it was amazing. We picked the room with the view of the lake. The view was beautiful, picture perfect. Very quiet room and cozy atmosphere made this getaway a very pleasant experience. B&B staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and comfortable the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

Absolutely enjoyed my experience at Lake Pointe Inn Bed and Breakfast! The staff was amazing from the planning of all the surprises for my love (I call him Weedy), to the hospitality during our stay. I felt like I was home, but still away from home. When I say that the staff works to accommodate all of your needs to the best of their ability, THEY ACCOMMODATE ALL OF YOUR NEEDS. I've honestly never experienced this type of customer service before, and as a small business owner myself, the experience warms my heart. AND WE ARE HEADED BACK! Just reserved my next stay!
