4 stars on service as we didn't use any. Front office was very helpful. Pool wasn't working and dock had some damage ghat kept us from overnight moorage, but no big deal. Price was good, rooms were good. Would stay again.

While the view was amazing and the rooms were comfortable, I was very disappointed that the pool was EMPTY. After a long motorcycle ride my buddy and I were looking forward to relaxing in the pool. When we arrived I was asked whether I had been informed that the pool was out of service, I said NO. Apparently whether booking online or by phone all guest were supposed to be informed. I booked online and they "forgot" to call. The front desk reception sincerely apologized. They even went as far as PERSONALLY paying for my buddy to rent a $25 cot to sleep in...||It would have been so much better to be informed in advance that there was no pool, or given a discount for the inconvenience...My advice is make sure you CALL in advance to confirm you have everything you need before arriving, last thing you want when on vacation is a simple thing like this to put a damper on your relaxation...

Would have given five stars, but the bed was hard like sitting in a chair, otherwise, pleasant experience on both occasions of visiting motel. Prices were fair, staff was friendly and courteous even at midnight. Would stay again and hopefully they read comments to get some softer beds. Nice view of the river as well!

Very close to where I needed to be for a fishing trip on the Columbia River. However, I felt the room was overpriced for the area. Only stayed a few hours and still charged full price. It's only a 3 hr drive from Spokane. There is also motels in Wilbur and Coulee Dam that are within driving distance and may offer a cheaper alternative.

The view alone and access to water and your boat is reason enough to stay here. The bakery is just a walk away and there are new walking paths connecting the hotel to everywhere in town. Not the most updated, but clean and great for fishing and boating.

Checked into my room and received a call from the front desk saying that I could not use the Shower, Toilet or sink as it was leaking into the room below me. Had to wake up my motorcycle buddies to use there bathroom at 4:00 am. Could not take a shower in the morning. The only thing there did for me was offer me a $20 credit on a $179.00 room. I sad that was un acceptable and she called the manager and made it $35.00. Also my buddy had blood on his sheets and the front desk said he should of looked at his sheets when he checked in. The room smelled stale. The bath tub was filthy and had hair all over it! They said they had a pool, it was so gross with algae, slime and mold. The outdoor seating had a beautiful view, but when I went to stand back up my pants had attached themselves to a sticky substance that was all over the bench ad table. The BBQ pit was full of cigarette butts. The beds were hard as bricks. It needed vacuumed badly. After cleaning the tub we decided we would make do with the room cause I didn't want to clean another one. The room cost was $112 a night, so I was accepting at least Whoever the housekeeper may be they need supervised until they get it right. The double doors over looking the water was nice. The coffee caddy was a plus as well. The front desk lady was very polite and friendly. I would not however recommend this place to stay in.

We stayed here Friday night and got there last room. The best stay of our week vacation.did not know it was the Apple Pie Jamboree. We did not get to watch any of it cause we got there too late and left early the next morning. But we will make reservations early and go for three days next year. Can't wait to come back. The woman at front desk was very helpful. Wish I could have gotten her name. Thank you for getting us a room
