I have been here many times. What I like most about it is there is a knowledgeable staff, who have lots of helpful suggestions on how to solve common DIY home project challenges. They're always friendly and polite.

Ace hardware always stands by their products AND has phenomenal customer service-I purchased a Vornado carbon air purifier a month ago that emitted a burned plastic odor as soon as I unboxed it. They generously switched it out for a new one that was not defective even though they are technically not returnable. I have been very happy with the second Vornado unit. Thank you!!

I was shopping for a sillcock after a hard frost this past winter completely seized up one of them. Finding the exact dimensions for this particular wasn’t easy. And in fact out of all the hardware stores in the entire area only Lake Oswego Ace Hardware had it in stock! It was super-easy to order it on the app. Being located in the heart of beautiful LO, the store is easy to find and has ample parking. The service reps are incredibly friendly and helpful. What a great overall experience!

I did not simply "move a little shelf", I had to move 2 shelves and halfway crawl into reach the bits. Thanks for trying to make it look like I am just being unreasonable... You have lost a customer....

Wow!! This store went way beyond my expectations! So incredibly helpful. I had purchased a large outdoor shed online and had it shipped to store but when I got there realized it was too big to fit in my SUV. Ryan worked patiently with me to assess options and ended up helping to get it on the car racks and tie it down. I woul have been totally out of luck if I had gone anywhere else. Ace earned themselves a super loyal and very grateful customer!

I stopped in at 5:45 pm 15 minutes before closing and they were already pulling in the sidewalk merchandise, no big deal. I happen to need access to the shelves being blocked by the sidewalk merchandise no big deal. Literally look me in the eye and watch me move merchandise and crawl into the space to access my purchase all the while saying nothing... Unbelievable....

They always have duraflame logs, which is nice for rainy days! 🌧 I like their Halloween selection as well!
