Best location in the area! The owner Ryan was very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. Very affordable and the best bang for your buck! I highly recommend them for computer repairs or any technological needs you have! I will 110% be a repeat customer if I ever need their services again!

Ryan went way above and beyond to try and repair my damaged desktop. While some parts were fried, he salvaged what he could. When I said I was planning to just buy a new one from bestbuy he took it upon himself to build me one himself with better quality parts at the same price I would have paid at the store. He also provided a warranty on all of the new parts he installed. He even helped me afterwards, via text, to diagnose a faulty router. He even then reached out the next day to see if everything was working. He is very quick, responsive, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be contacting for any and all of my future computer needs.

I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else! Not only does he offer fair prices, quick turnaround, and quality work; he also backs that work up. I had messaged him right after I got my MacBook back telling him that my keyboard backlight wasn’t working and he offered to fix it, but I never had the time. When I realized that my webcam also wasn’t working over a month later i messaged him again and he offered to cover the labor before finding out that he had installed a screen with a slightly different part number. He replaced the screen again free of charge, and did it in less than a week. Nothing but the up-most respect for this guy!

On forgetting my password on my backup PC and not having any success in resolving my problem I called Lake Norman Computer Doctor, my call was returned soon after. I spoke with Ryan explaining my dilemma he suggested I drop it off to him which I did. He suggested we plug it in before I left to check what was the cause, this worked out as we needed my cell phone to confirm my MS account. Ryan quickly and professionally patched in to MS and another PC to diagnose the problem from here we were able set-up a new password and pin. Problem solved. I am truly impressed with the speed and knowledge of Lake Norman Computer Doctor and will definitely be using them again if I experience any other PC related problems. I will also be recommending them to my friends. A first class service provided in a very timely manner.
