Lake Lowell Picnic Park - Park in Caldwell - , USA

Yesterday was windy, made for some rough wavy water. However, we are new to jet skiing and still learning Lake Lowell. So close to home. Good park in the west end.

What a fun place to spend the day! The grounds are well kept, and no trash left behind by folks! The sun was doing its thing, shining and warming the skin. The water was a perfect, enjoyable temperature, and the views were great!

Great atmosphere, the lake was actually pretty clean. The downside is that it gets really crowded on the weekends. Next time I'm in Idaho, I will definitely visit again.

I went on an adventure to take my granddaughter a car for her birthday and decided to go to Lake Lowell and watch the sunset.. I'm so glad I did because it was absolutely gorgeous.. Even saw that the ducks were all in a row on the lake.. I would definitely recommend going out there and watching the sunset for yourself, it's well worth the time..

This place was beautiful with plenty of shade, parking, sandy like beach, and pickpockets tables.

Fantastic place to have a picnic or just enjoy nature. During the summer there are a lot of people there on the weekends. They do a great job keeping the place clean. the actual name of the place is deer flat Wildlife Refuge lower dam. Not Lake Lowell picnic Park.

It's a great swimming spot as long as you can handle a lot of people and hard to find parking.

Lake and picnic area is extremely dirty! Carp and other fish carcasses scatter the beach and picnic area. This is attracting un welcomed pest! Wasps and the such! I understand that it's a lake and these things are preset; however, it is still part of our community. Does the county not have a cleaning crew that monitors the lake?
