Lake John's Apartments - Featured Reviews (44)
I was renting for 12 years then all of a sudden our landlord sold the property my home and 2 others were on to a developer so we had to get out! Low on funds everywhere wanted a Fortune to get into ANYWHERE!! I was driving by this place and saw a for rent sign. I called once left a voicemail. I had completely forgotten about this place until I received a call from a very nice lady who happened to be the property manager. We set up a time the very same day for me to drive over so I could see the unit. I wasn't that impressed with the unit but was VERY impressed with her. I signed a 1 year lease with her. It's the smallest and worst apartment I've ever lived in but I could afford to get into it. I can always make it better. The people here for the most part are okay and friendly. I'm happy here for the most part.
They are fixing the units up and doing a very good job I must say. I've been told it's RARE that a unit comes up for rent because once people are here they stay!
Stay safe everyone and please remember to treat those around you with kindness, consideration and most of all compassion because we never know what going on in the next persons life!
I love seeing bad reviews from people that never been here. They been fixing the places up and for most part everyone minds there own business. What's really nice and hard to find is having neighbors that work with each other, there for one another (bad or good situations), get along and will help no matter what if someone needs it. Every one pulls through to help one another if something bad happens. You can't find that anywhere anymore. They do the best they can to make it better for us. The people here will try to welcome you if you can get in. We do have 6m leases once you move in. So it is more apartments than it is a motel. You pay weekly rent and they will work with you. Everyone has there own opinions and ways of living, but judge for yourself if you can get a place in here.
Every other type of place like this all people worry about is getting in your business, putting people down, starting rumors, turning people in for stuff that isn't true just to start trouble for others and mostly doing every thing they can to cause pain.
This place is not like that and I'm glad my babies have neighbors we call friends to be around everyday. I wouldn't trade living in a nicer place over my neighbors in here ever. Sometimes people say it all when it comes to making a place great to live in. Thank you to all my neighbors and friends you are the best.
After coming by everyday for a week to finally get in touch with the owner, we were told this place would never rent out to people in their 20s-30s. Do not waste your time as you can only get in touch with owner if you show up in person between 1-2 every other day. Poor people skills.
People are pleasant good customer service and people know how to mind their own business a nice place if you don't want to be disturbed
Conditions are improving and they are working hard to fix issues inside each unit and apartments! Overall great place to live!!
I lived here for 5 or so years, it wasnt great, as the trailers are infested with roaches, and the water is hard, once there was chlorine in the water
I am trying to rent a place in here asap but don't know how to get in contact with someone if anyone can help and also does anyone know how much for a week month
Not that bad.. Could be worse .. Could be better.. The manager is really nice and works with u ..
This isnât a long trail but great fun for kiddos. The boardwalk trail is handicap accessible. The red of the trail is not. We have seen a bob cat here while being very quiet but if youâre making noise youâre not likely to see any birds or wildl
A wonderful surprise tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Oakland. We truly enjoyed the intimate experience of this lovely coffee shop surrounded by big trees that provided shade for the outdoor seating. As you come inside, it feels as though you a
