Lake Jem Park & Boat Ramp - Boat ramp in Mt Dora - 16141 County Rd 448, USA

This is a very small park with limited parking and a super nice playground setup. There are grills, pavillions, and trails here. Access to canals, (No Wake Zone) is predominantly the signage in this area,(thank goodness.) Launching of non-motorized craft is good here.

Came for a birthday party. There are 2 covered pavilions with tables and plenty of playground equipment. There is also lots of big trees for shade. One reason I deducted a star was due to the bathroom situation. No running water and only a commode. It was quite gross.

Public fishing , public boat ramp, very nice playground for children and walking trails , public restrooms and plaques displaying different plant life down the walking trails . Also has map to show for best routes for kayaking!

The park is really small and the only thing I really don't like about it is it is the entrance to it is located on a curve sometimes it makes it hard to see if the car is coming around the curve to be able to turn in or even pull out

Ate my lunch on a bench facing the water. Peaceful, serene, and picturesque. Looks like a great kayak spot...

Good facilities, a really great playground for kids, a nature hike and a boat ramp.. All under excellent shade. The only issue is limited parking but otherwise excellent park.

Very hard to find. No signs to point the way until you get close. Nice pavillion & picnic tables & playground for the kids but the parking was terrible. There's a boat ramp, nice I guess for boaters, we didn't use it as we were there for a birthday party. Google maps weren't much help in finding the place. It said that the park would be closed on Sunday ( the day of our party) but I talked to family members that were already there that said it was not closed.

Quaint little park with 3 different playgrounds. Some trash but that's other people's fault. There is a boat ramp.
