Not crowded, very clean. Great to walk on. To observe the waves rolling in and sea birds soaring along on the strong coastal breeze. That is my vibe!
*This is an incorrect posting.* there is NO BEACH at this;exact location nor has there ever been. To get to the area beaches you need to go a little further than the middle of Freeport and go to either Quintana County Beach or Surfside Beach, which IS on Hwy. 288 S. . I'm not sure how anyone arrived at a beach following these directions as they land you in the middle of a main thoroughfare. Please look for Quintana Beach or Surfside Beach on Maps again or stop and ask a local. *** **to be corrected**
Some moron out of towner doesn't know anything about the area posted this.
I came back at the time I think it is res tide. Lot of fish death and smell bads but it is nature. We cant do anything about it. Police is not hiding this time to catch speeder but who know what in next day. Drive at speed limit
Quintana is a quaint little town, it's truly quite the vision being so small but their beach and Bryan Beach pack a punch they are quite vast, very natural and peaceful a small window to a huge view.
Not a real beach. It took us in the middle of a street

Wonderful service, great food. Cheyenne, our waitress was very helpful with my dad's very strict diet. They have a large gluten-free menu. They have grilled options if you don't want fried food. Very nice atmosphere. I'd give them 10 stars if I could
We found Pier 30 on our way to San Luis Pass on our annual fishing trip. The shrimp was amazing! Etoufee was yummy, gumbo was good, and shrimp tacos were bomb! Definitely get the crawfish queso! Oysters were good but, probably wouldn't order a sec
