Lake Howard Park - Park in Winter Haven - 262820566000001110, USA

I thought this would be a beautiful place to stop and take some pictures. Although the lake itself is beautiful, the amount of trash and shady people hanging around this area put a damper on our experience. This area of the lake needs maintenance and security. The ducks were swimming through garbage. I do not recommend, unsafe.

The place is pretty but sadly I didn’t see any alligators. And I really wanted to show my kids what a big alligator looked like. We went all over including Saddle Creek to no avail. But overall the area is nice and maintained.

Wednesday afternoon, sketchy people lying on benches and gathering. Unfortunately I did not feel safe enough to park my car and go walking, a bit of uncomfortable instinctive feeling. I don’t think it’s safe for female to go walk alone.

What another my adventure was it landed me in the City of Winter Haven heritage Park it was a real nice fishing area it reminded me of something close to Kissimmee park one of my other adventures that I've been to which I think I haven't wrote a review on it yet but it's on the list yes this one has so many different doctrine you can go fishing and a lot of birds flying around at fisherman which I got to talk to him and he also was a photographer so he was talking to me about you know that he had a Nikon but now he had a cannon and he had all these lenses and stuff it was really nice having a chat chat it's nice also because it has a lot of places to go sit down and relax it was really nice sorry if you ever around there you can check it out let me know what you think remember it'll follow hit a review put a like and let me know how you feel like it well here is Johnny saying goodbye from adventures or with the riveras till my next adventure

Where you can go fishing or just seat and relax until sundow or just want a place where ypu can do soul searching. This place is simple but beautiful at the sane time. I used to bring my daughther here when she was little. Got some ice cream from Andy's or the McDonald across the street and we used to wait for the sundown. Creating beautiful memories that she still cherrish and talk with her friends. It's all about perspective and finding joy in the small things that nature give us freely daily and unreapetable.

I really like this lake. It is a good fishing spot and very nicely kept. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the bums asking for smokes.

It has a 3.4 mile trail if you walk or run it all the way. very good to watch the sunset and fishing.
