Went in to try for the first time today Only one other couple in the place. Had a coffee I bought down the street when I went in. Wasn’t allowed in with a small cup of coffee. Skip the place for lunch and will never go back. Go for lunch often and I’m glad we can scratch this place off our list of place to try. I realize you guys sell coffee and I think as a grown man I can order a second cup from your place. As a new customer I guess a pass this time with no one else in the cafe was too much. I’ll be sure to spread the word about your rules to as many people as possible

I literally make hour drives to enjoy the scenery of the area and always make it a point to eat here. Menu options are great and they have specials that always grab me. Had the short rib hash brown with eggs. Just awesome. I will say i wish i wasn’t as full one time i come here so i can eat the crepes they have. Eventually !!!!

The best thing about Deer Park Plaza in Lake Mohawk. This cafe has the best menu, whether it’s breakfast or lunch. The staff is super friendly and attentive and the food is always fresh!!!!! A definite go to when visiting Lake Mohawk!!!!

Well, let's see. The restaurant was maybe half full and it took 15 minutes for drinks. By the time I received the cream for my coffee my coffee was cold. The menu looked great on the board outside especially the one I got was the last one on the list. When I got it, it had a half a slice of bacon, 2 slices of turkey, a small amount of avacado. Not worth the $14 they charged. I thought I was getting a sandwich not an appetizer. If you don't mind cold coffee and overpriced food then this is the place for you! Beware.

FANTASTIC FIND!! We took a day trip to Sparta to explore and stumbled upon this gem. What a charming and warm space, great staff, and delicious food. I highly recommend the BBQ chicken wrap - perfection! We'll definitely be making a trip back to Sparta just to go here!

My husband and I just recently moved to Sparta and we can’t get enough of this fantastic eatery. The food is always delicious, the staff is so welcoming and kind and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We had the pleasure of meeting Terry at their Andover location and had the most wonderful time chatting with him. Lakehouse Cafe is an absolute gem!

update : JUNE 7. 2022 THEY ARE CHANGED MENU , and now you can’t find ANYTHING GOOD HERE. No good bakery no nice latte. I just come in for coffee ☕️ and it was so nice and delicious. I don’t really what the dessert I ordered. I have pic , just show it , you must try it ☕️
