The manager Maria and the cleaning lady are amazing they really make you feel like your home the only con is the SoB maintenance guy he Rude to people and also thinks the rule don't apply him I remember seeing him late night still in the pool on the weekend drinking beer Also working on his cars on the weekends But other than that guy like I said Maria and the cleaning lady both awesome miss Them like crazy

Lake House Apartments is probably one of the nicest places to live in Hialeah coupled with excellent management and staff services you can't go wrong. The manager Maria is an amazing person she will go above and beyond to help you with any situation within her power and will make you feel like family. The staff is great very cordial they show a lot of respect when ever you have a problem at home they come and fix it in a timely manner and very efficient work. Overall it's a wonderful place to live the community is very peaceful and relaxing there's a park near by great environment overall.

Went in to get information on the apartments Maria welcomed me with a smile and was very informational and helped me throughout the process. It hard now to find people to how will help you out of heart and not for their own benefit .Thank you Maria !
