Rooms are updated and very nice. The floors would turn your feet black if you walked barefoot however, so could use more cleaning there. Overall the room was satisfactory for our needs and was well appointed. Amenities are lacking, ice machine and vending machine are old and hidden under stairs in the corner, not lit and uninviting. Only 1 grill and it’s just plopped in the parking lot. Pool was fine, and overall the space is clean and well maintained. No complaints about staff they were approachable and friendly. The average guests can lean on the “white trash” side most of the time, sadly. Can’t blame the place for that, though. Decent location, needs a bit more parking and a new set of vending machines but overall a solid motel in Lake George.

Walking distance or a short drive to Lake George village and public beaches, restaurants, shops and attractions. Guests have free use of gas BBQ grills. Free parking and free Wifi with strong signal. We brought a grandson for his first visit to Lake George. Roomy two room King Suite, with a king size bed in one room; and futon, cable TV, dining table with three stools and fully equipped kitchenette in the other room. One and a half baths. Plenty of hot water. Spotlessly clean and updated rooms with very attractive and comfortable Adirondack decor. Air conditioned. It suited our party of 3 perfectly. We were very pleased.|The heated swimming pool is the star here. Clean, crystal clear, vacuumed daily and well maintained. The chemical levels are kept low so we swam for hours with no reaction to chlorine (like burning eyes or rash).|Friendly, professional staff works tirelessly to provide you with an enjoyable stay. Delightful owners. One of four properties in close proximity in LG owned by the Gregor family of hotels, and when you stay with the Gregor's you can't go wrong.

OMG where do I start. Definitely the worst FLEA BAG motel we have ever stayed at. When booking (judging by the pics) we thought we were getting a quaint adirondack style room. NOT. It was dingy, dark and extremely small. The bathroom/shower was smaller than that on a cruise ship. You had to run the water in the bathroom for 15 minutes before you got any hot water(on management's advice). The water went from scalding hot to ice cold-there was no in between. The clock, lamp and AC were all plugged into a power bar which was temperamental-as long as you jiggled it just so the AC came on. The curtains were paper thin so the lights from the pool area shone right into the room all night. Oh and the best part was the GIGANTIC (no exaggeration) wolf spider that paid us a visit in the middle of the night in the bathroom. We were originally booked for 3 nights, and when we requested a rebate for the 3rd night as we wanted to leave, we were told no rebates. We left anyway.

Great and prompt service. Very communicative and that makes a big difference these days. As far as the rest goes, we won’t be returning. Rooms are recently remodeled but are quite dirty. When we arrived, we put new socks on our kids and within 30min of walking around the room, the bottoms of their socks were BLACK. The floors need a thorough scrubbing. Secondly, while the location is convenient, the noise outside the hotel caused by loud cars and motorcycles was borderline unbearable. My wife and I looked at each other at 10:30pm and contemplated just leaving because of how loud it was in our room. In summary, we really appreciated the prompt communication and service from the staff but would caution a stay here for reasons mentioned above. We’ll be looking for a quieter place next time.

Just spent 4 nights and was totally disappointed. Before COVID spent a lot of summers at this hotel as the place was always kept clean. Since it was taken over by new owners it is not the same and would not go back. Pool needs a paint job looks awful, first floor rooms the outside also needs a paint job. Carpets in the first floor rooms are disgusting with stains. If the main floors were renovated they did them with eyes closed. Only thing I saw was new curtains, new bedspreads and oh wait a wall clock that does not even work. Now for the housekeeping the girl that was cleaning our room on the day we arrived was so rude when I said can you vacuum the carpet it was dirty and she had so much attitude. Office is not opened you have to call a number. I have to pay long distance charges on my phone since I am not an American to have someone come to the office to check in. Yep look for another hotel not worth the money.

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF. Sat and paid 430$ for an ice cold shower no tvs in the bedroom wasn’t advertised and then tried to talk to desk staff she called and ignored my complaint had me call the same number woman sat on the phone accused me of lying and then also sat and ignored me on the phone for five minutes until I finally hung up.

This place saved the day. After driving all day to Lake George, we had to run from our original motel booking due to unsafe conditions, we were with our 2 kids, calling around for last minute vacancies. This was the only place that had a vacancy for our dates. We explained our situation and they let us see the 2 rooms available first before paying to make sure we were comfortable. It was simple, clean, space and very affordable. The AC was a little dusty but easy to clean myself. Everything else was clean. The TV didn't work about 3 x that week but the office came immediately and was able to fix it. 10-15 minutes to town by walking, right across from trolley, pool was perfect. Pretty flowers, quiet rooms, didn't hear neighbors at all. Flapjack Petes right next door for breakfast was good too.

We went to Lake Haven Lodge & Suites from July 13th to July 16th, we really had a lovrely stay . We booked the new beautiful renovated 2 bedroom king suite, It was wonderful, We had everything we needed in the suite to make our vacation to be remembered. We slept so comfortably and not hearing any noise, The staff is wonderful and make sure we got everything and ensure the suite so clean, We enjoyed everyday the pool. We were able to do groceries at Price Choppers , so close by and we used the barbecue that was very handy especially the night there was the storm and we lack electricity all in Lake George but it came back more rapidly than we expect so we can enjoy every moment. The lodge is so close to everything and we walk to beautiful Sheppard park and also to Million beach. We enjoyed our cruise on the Minnie Haha with all the information and history of the Lac Saint Sacrement. We swam in the cristalline water of beautiful lake. We hiked at The Pinnacle, Bradley Look out , Bolton Landing and we saw marvelous views of LaKe Georges, Thank you you for making our visit to Lake Georges memorable and blessed as my parents did their honeymoon there 65 years ago.
