Rented this space for our wedding ceremony & reception. It was a challenge getting this place on the date we needed but it was doable! Just know that you can only book within a year of the date you want, so if you're trying to book a venue over a year out, you'll want to be aware of this! Also, be aware that there is no oven in the kitchen, only a --- warming oven --- so make sure your caterer can work with that. We used "My Chef Catering" who easily made it work within the restrictions! Thanks to Jeannie for all her hard work and support in getting things arranged. Thanks to all parties, my wife and I had the rustic wedding we wanted at a price that didn't break the bank. We loved everything about the boathouse from the newly renovated interior to the beautiful patio overlooking the lake. We lucked out on the turning of the leaves which made photos that much better! Highly suggest looking into renting the Lake Ellyn Boathouse for your next event!

Gorgeous venue to get married at! My couple had the best time with all their loved ones. Even had a beautiful private dance at the dock to take in their emotions from their special day. Highly recommend this for a wedding venue ♥️🤟🏼
I worked with Jeannie to coordinate the use of the space for our intimate wedding ceremony. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and perfect for any type of event.
