I recently worked with Lake Cook Solutions to replace my home computer and printer. John and Megan met with me to identify my requirements and to inform me of the services they can provide. Needless to say I was very impressed and relieved that could assist me in identifying products that fulfilled my needs especially as I am an individual user and not a business operation. They made me feel important and at no time did I feel I wasn’t as important to them as their larger clients. I was more than impressed when they identified an PC and printer that not only served my needs but went above my expectations at a reasonable cost. They transferred all of my data to the new PC and with my permission organized the files and data, removed duplicates and spent the time to sit with me to review it all. I’ve signed up with LCS to have them monitor my computer, back up my data and provide technical support as needed. It is a big relief to me as these there are so many viruses and computer hackers trying to get into your data. So it gives me peace of mind and is one less thing I have to worry about. For a small monthly fee, John monitors my system, ensures backups run smoothly, troubleshoots when necessary including making house calls if warranted. As a result, I asked them to help me find a solution to the 1000+ photos I had stored in my iPhone. Once again, LCS found the perfect app (at the right price) that transfers photos and photos within albums. I needed seamless remote access setup for a new job and John set everything up easily. He was always transparent with me about what he was doing.
