Hey everyone! 👋 I'm currently living at Lake Conroe RV Campground and have been here for about 6-12 months now. I just wanted to share my experience for those of you looking for a cool place to stay.
First off, I'm 28, and finding a place that fits my vibe was super important. And guys, this place? It’s pretty awesome. The staff here are super chill and helpful, always around when you need something. And the community vibe is friendly and respectful, which has made staying here long-term a really good decision.
The amenities are solid. We’ve got full hook-ups, strong WiFi (a biggie for me!), and 24-hour laundry, which is super convenient. Plus, there’s a pool and hot tub, perfect for kicking back and relaxing after a long day.
Location-wise, it’s a winner. It’s all about that lake life! 🌊 Being right next to Lake Conroe is amazing for some laid-back fishing and boating. Plus, the natural surroundings give off this peaceful, chill vibe that I totally dig.
And here’s the real deal - I’ve seen this place grow and improve over time. It’s like watching your favorite indie band getting better and better. It feels good knowing that the management is all in on making this place the best it can be.
So, if you’re on the hunt for a place that’s more than just a spot to park your RV, you might wanna check out Lake Conroe RV Campground. It’s been a great ride for me so far, and I’m stoked to see what’s next! 🚐🌲🌟
Love this place. This is the most family friendly RV park on Lake Conroe. Nice and clean. Pool is very nice. And staff was very friendly. Quiet and good place to come pull your boat up and also a great fishing spot. Commons area was very clean and good place to hangout with the family. Definintly will be coming back.
This place is absolutely amazing. They have the cleanest and most organized park there is in Conroe. The office staff are great. The pool area is a great place to be . Also wanted to add that if you have a pet baby they now have a spa area for the pets. Who can beat that !! Need a Rv park, here it is.
Quiet place & great new management. The place is well kept, plenty of activities offered in the on site building which is accessible 24/7. Bathrooms, showers, games, dvds, tv, coffee, and a kitchen you can rent out. The staff who work there are also very nice & helpful.
Office staff was very friendly & accommodating. We had to be in Conroe on family emergency so we’re taking things day by day after the initial few days. They have a TV & game room, plenty of DVDs to watch and the laundry room was clean. Didn’t utilize the restrooms. The pool water was very clear and looked refreshing. The park itself was very well maintained but a lot of the RVs parked are there long term and have made their sites very “homey”. A lot of the sites are right on the lake and have private docks for your water toys or to fish from. Fishing is pretty good but there are small snapping turtles in the water. Don’t leave your fish on a stringer in the lake, you may not have one when you’re done. No fish cleaning area that we saw. The sites are very close to each other with a few exceptions. There is an area you can walk out to that I think they consider an “island”. There is also a dog park which my two boys enjoyed, being able to run loose for a while.
We would stay here again. I really like just being able to sit out and fish next to the trailer.
We love this park and keep coming back ❤️. Tidy, quiet and unique Park with access to Lake Conroe...launch and pull your boat/watercraft RIGHT UP TO YOUR SITE! Be sure to ask Manager about launching..depending on water level it can be shallow...trim up or launch for free at end of FM830. Stunningly clear pool, hot tub and clean bathhouses. A neat island and end of park to hang out and see a main cove of the Lake. There is ALOT of shade. Anyone should love this park...You can't go wrong here.

Our experience here was absolutely wonderful. Shannon and staff were always friendly and helpful with any of questions or needs. We have 3 kids and 2 dogs and there were things for all of us to enjoy. 10/10 recommend!
Quiet and clean. Nice swimming pool. Good amenities. Laundry card machine wasn’t working which threw off my plans but otherwise a good stay.
