I have been working with Lake Business products for over 20+ years. Always professional and knowledgeable about their products. The service has been outstanding. They go above and beyond to help the customer. I would strongly recommend them regardless the size of the organization; they can tailor a solution to fit the needs of the business. As we grew, they provided solutions to grow with us.

Sandusky County YMCA signed with Lake Business about two years ago. We have 3 HP Machines (MFP E82250, MFP E77830 and E50145), with a contract for service. These machines were bought new. Apparently they sold my contract to another company who can't service HP machines. We have called them 5 or 6 times with promises that this issue would be resolved. Our color machine has been down almost three weeks, they promised fast service or a replacement machine, if this issue is resolved in a week we will remove our one star review.

Terri, the President, is great to work with and her Sales Manager John listens and then exceeds your expectations. Great company!
