Our stay at Lafayette Flats was perfect. The apartment was immaculate, fun, quiet, and comfortable. We had everything that we needed. The location is super convenient for visiting the New River Gorge National Park and the town of Fayetteville. We will stay here again when we return to the park. Thank you!

My husband, David and I stayed at The Eddy in the Lafayette Flats. Our flat was wonderful and decorated in such a creative and unique way. We were very impressed with the collection of artwork from a myriad of artists in the flat and in the staircase/hallways, many of whom were "artists in residence”. We highly recommend the Lafayette Flats. We also love the town of Fayetteville and the area, which is known for its proximity to the New River Gorge and the New River Bridge. There are so many types of outdoor recreations to participate in and a number of unique restaurants and specialty shops. We will definitely be back.

Amy and Shawn do it right! My wife and I stayed in the Nutall Flat and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The rooms were spacious and very thoughtfully appointed, filled with art, and the large windows provided abundant natural light. The assortment of furniture and furnishings were comfortable, unique, and colorful and added to a relaxed, vacation-like vibe. The historic building has been masterfully restored and lent a unique atmosphere. The Flats are located in the heart of downtown Fayetteville and restaurants and shopping are nearby. The biggest draw for us was the easy, short-driving access to the natural areas and hiking opportunities in the gorge.

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay! The flat was immaculately clean, well equipped with all the extras you’d expect (shampoo, lotion, dish soap, etc) and then tons of other little details like throw blankets and an ice cream scoop in the freezer, even jar of lost and found items to use/borrow in the hall. The location is perfect for walking all around downtown and east access to all the outdoorsy stuff. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place near the New River Gorge!

The Corten Flat in Fayetteville was just perfect for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! So much fantastic art work to enjoy. The parking was easy and the flats are located right downtown within walking distance of many eateries. It was very convenient to the New River Gorge National Park as well. We hope to stay there again sometime!

Lafayette Flats is a fantastic place to stay! It was spotless, and we loved all the local art. We also appreciated that Lafayette Flats does not allow children or animals. We will definitely return and will recommend it to anyone going to the New River Gorge area.

Lafayette Flats is a delight. We had the Quinnimont Suite on the 3rd floor and could not have been more impressed. Beautifully appointed, an amazing bathroom (the tub OMG...), a tempurpedic mattress, fully equipped kitchen, and a quiet top floor location. Lafayette Flats is located in the center of Fayetteville with several eateries and breweries within walking distance. New River Gorge National Park visitor center is less than 2 miles down the road, very convenient. It is clear that the owners have taken great care putting this property together and understand the lodging experience. We received communication daily checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This place is a rare treat, book it if you get a chance!!

I had the pleasure of staying in the Nuttall flat while I was in town on a business trip. The flat was immaculately clean and very well designed. I loved the special touches around the flat, like the beautiful artwork and books. The photo below is of a group of paintings of Tudor’s biscuits. If you are from WV, then you know the wonder of biting into one of these delicious delights. What a witty theme for art and an homage to the love of all things West Virginia! I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for making my time in Fayetteville a wonderful experience.
