I love the one hour HIIT format. What makes this studio unique is not only the female only setting but the trainers. They always go the extra mile. If you need a modification so you won’t hurt yourself all you have to do is ask. They make an hour seem like fifteen minutes. These classes are manageable for almost any fitness level. The camaraderie of the group is amazing you get to know the other ladies if you attend the same class frequently. Friendships are created as well as amazing motivation. I love that I found so many like minded women to start my day with. My buddy Tracie always grabs me a towel and we try to take stations next to each other so we can chat but also motivate each other in case one of us needs a little nudge that day. You can start slow and as you build strength, confidence and learn how to properly do the work you can then challenge yourself to lift more etc. Highly recommend! I would give it 20 ⭐️!

I’ve been coming to Lady Strong Fitness for a little over 2 months now. From the consultation to the workouts it’s been a great experience so far. I was nervous to start but I’m glad I didn’t let that hold me back. The coaches and staff are amazing. I workout at various times and I love the consistency with the classes no matter the time or coach. The workouts are fun, it’s nice that each day has a different workout. The music helps, always something great playing as I workout. I’m already starting to feel and look a lot better, my friends and family are noticing a difference with my body and attitude towards working out. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with LSF 💪.

I truly love this place.. I've been coming here for 11 weeks now. I love the atmosphere and the people. The gym smells fresh and clean. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable they always greet me with a smile. The music is upbeat and energizing, and the classes are fun and effective. It's very satisfying when you finish each workout. The trainers are genuine and supportive, and they really want everyone to succeed. I feel more stronger,and have more energy, and have also learned more about nutrition. I highly recommend LadyStrong Fitness to anyone looking for a great gym experience 💪

The workouts are great! I find myself doing best in a class atmosphere which can be very intimidating to walk into for your first time. Not here...everyone is very supportive, friendly, encouraging, and most importantly want to see you succeed. Workouts can be very challenging but the instructors are always there to motivate you to do your best. Judgement free zone which is so important!

Since joining LSF, I have not only found a new found confidence, I’ve found an incredible group of people who I am truly so lucky to know and get to experience these workouts with. I’ve been going here only six weeks and in those weeks alone I’ve already become such a better version of myself due to the incredible motivation and support from the team here. This is the first time I’ve gone to a gym and felt welcomed, supported and actually feel like I belong here. Never in my life did I ever think that I—would be excited to workout yet, I wake up three days a week at 4 am, truly beyond excited to get to my workout classes. I’m so lucky that I found lady strong fitness. Can’t wait to see what else is in store at this amazing, amazing gym.

I joined a couple months' ago with a huge hesitation but this decision has been by far the best choice I've made. The team at Lady Strong Fitness makes you feel welcomed and always making sure you are doing well during your workout as well as your daily life with keeping up your healthy lifestyle. I've been a member at other gyms and never have I felt the motivation and willpower to make changes to be healthier as I have since I started this journey. Change is challenging, the work is hard, but the outcome it’s powerful.

I was trying a lot of places , but this one it’s just amazing.Lady Strong Fitness it’s different “planet” then another. Coaches giving you a lot of motivation - I never thought I will wait for my next class . Staff really friendly and helpful. I never got that positive experience before . And most important- nobody criticized you , when you doing exercise wrong they will correct you- so it means they care about you. I lost a lot of weight in 6 weeks ,planing more - I know I’m in good hands. Coach Brittany really gave me motivation like nobody before in my life . Her positive attitude making me fly !

The best part is that you can be at any fitness level from beginner to advanced, the coaches provide ways to modify the workout to make it right for you. It’s just a great place!
