I visited this location recently. Allegedly, this is a place of business that's here to help the community. My experience was anything but that. The receptionist lacks people skills to say the least. The manager on duty was Alejandra. I recommend new management. She was so busy making evening plans with someone on her personal cell during work hours that she failed to assist me. A minute would've sufficed to answer 2 of my questions. Then she realized she was going to be late to a company zoom meeting. So, I obviously wasn't helped or given the time of day. Overall an extremely unpleasant and very unprofessional work place. The obvious "1 star rating is because I'm not allowed to leave 0 stars. I hope this company cleans up their act.
