Came for a drug test for new employment, and I’m not gonna lie, I was a little wary considering the reviews. However, that wasn’t the case! I arrived and easily checked in on the tablets. There was only one other person there so my wait wasn’t long at all. I was in and out of here in about 20mins. Staff was friendly as well!
My husband was sent away today because there was only one person working and she would not drive his lab. It says very plainly on the website. No appointments needed. She insisted he had to call and make an appointment even though they had the lab work that the doctor had sent fax to them, I will report her to corporate. These are peoples lives she’s playing with.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Sheena handed me a bag with 8 specimen vials and no instructions or directions. She said, “You have a lot to do, so you better get busy.” I got home, saw there were no printed directions; called and left a 2 minute voicemail asking for information. Never heard back so I did the best I could to collect specimens. Of course I did it wrong. Will NEVER use Labcorp again.
Horrible customer service! This facility sent a balance of $9.23 to collection, but they didn't put it under my name, they sent MY MINOR CHILD to collection for $9.23. I'm not disputing the balance, because I dropped the ball on it. But an 8 year old IS NOT A RESPOSIBLE PARTY!!!!! When I called for clarification I was spoken to condescendingly and told that it's not their fault, it's how they received the script from the Pediatrician's office. I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to notice right away that a child IS NOT a responsible party. If they actually took the time to look at the script received they would of seen that. Also, I took my child for the lab work and I signed papers and showed my insurance, it clearly has ME as the responsible party and NOT and MINOR CHILD. Well they lied about how they received the script, because I called the Pediatrician's office and they verified that they did send all the information correctly and that it had me as the responsible party. In what world do you send an 8 year old child to collection?! CHILDREN ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DEBT. What's wrong with you?!
This place is disgusting, the rooms are not being properly cleaned. The employees are hateful and extremely rude. I did not get the ladies name that tried to draw my son's blood but she was horrible. She tied the band around his arm as tight as she possibly could and was pressing on his arm as hard as she could to find a vein. She did this three different times, once on his right arm and twice on the left. She was "unable" to find a vein so I asked for my paper work so that we could leave because she had traumatized my 5 month old baby. He was inconsolable for atleast 30 mins and I had to sit in the car in the parking lot to get him calmed down.
I took him to the Lab Corp in the children's hospital in Plano and they tied the band properly; took her one touch on his arm and she found a vein and drew his blood with him only whimpering on the initial poke. No tears at all during the draw.
DO NOT TAKE A SMALL CHILD HERE!!!!!
Lab tech was fast. It wasn’t him that was rude- it was the person at the reception desk. I get people have bad days but find a way to not belittle the people coming in there. It’s just so unnecessary.
I came in as a walk-in for my daughter (4yo) for bloodwork. Arrived a little after 8am, and there was a lobby full of people already. The check in process was very easy. The wait altogether was less than 30 minutes! Very pleasant experience. Clean lobby. The 2 ladies who worked with my daughter did an amazing job, especially since my daughter has a fear of needles. Highly recommend and would definitely come back here again.
I had called him to see about how much some lab work would be, and they said it would be about 400 for the thing gonna be needing Dot so I went in because that was the most reasonable price that I had found. When I went in, they took two vials. They said if I allowed them to take a second bottle than the bloodwork was free few months later I get a bill of 1400
Claudia greeted us with a smile and energetic personality! She helped us with our rewards using our phone # and was helpful in explaining to our daughter who had never had Hawaiian Broâs the difference in the meat choices. 10/10 Go see Claudia and
This is such a cute coffee shop and the employees are very sweet. We've gotten Drizl several times and it's amazing every time. The Tres Leches Frappe is my all-time favorite, but the Hazelnut Blondie and the Creme Brulee Frappe are definitely the ne
