Nobody answers the phone here ever or returns your messages left. Called 10 times throughout their open hours every day for 1 week straight. Clearly need more staff to reduce wait times. Appointments are typically scheduled a month out from when you actually need care.

Arrived before opening after a holiday weekend. 5th person in line. In and out in less than half hour. The supervisor Sangita was very pleasant and professional. The technician was quiet but efficent in wanting to find my tiny deep veins with only one poke. She absolutely did and with no pain at all. Confident I won't bruise. I usually do with blood draws.

As always poor service right from the beginning. Sorry we can’t help you we only take appointments. I was sent by my DR today for important tests. The lap corps site does not state that appointment only. Unfortunately for me my insurance contracted only with this sorry excuse for healthcare services. To be honest the employees are very nice and polite they helped me with out appointment . The office is clean and the young lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly. Sadly the management put them in a position where it’s a catch 22 . I think whoever decided to make the decision for appointment only should be given a lesson on customer service

The patient flow was nonorganized, my appointment was at 9:15 AM and I noticed patients as “walk-ins” were checking in ahead of me, when I asked the receptionist at 9:40 if he was going to call my name he asked me if I had checked in however I had done it at 9:08 AM. It took him 10 minutes to enter my order which was only “biometrics”. It's 10 AM and I am waiting!

Messed up my entire lab test. I had to go again and get poked again! The worst lab corp location I’ve ever gone to. They only scanned one side of my lab order, but not the back side. Their people don’t even know how to use a scanner! I have to go get another blood test to have the missing tests done. So horrible this location !! Do not go!

My appointment was at 8:45 am, I finished at 8:55 am. Comfortable online check in, comfortable online booking. Staff is friendly, office is comfortable

I normally dont leave reviews but I had great pleasant experience when I went here to get my bloodwork done. The process was so quick, I checked in on the iPad with my QR code and sat in the waiting room for a bit and was called in. I had probably 10 tubes of blood drawn it was over in what feels like 5 mins, the Filipino nurse there is super nice and friendly we chat while she drew my blood and she was quick with it the process was over before i knew it, I can tell she's a pro! I felt a little light headed after and she got be a cup of water, and told me to take my time to recover. I'm usually so scared of needles but it was completely painless and I didnt have any bruising or pain after! That's when you know the nurse is good and didnt poke the wrong place.

This was a very friendly office. Why is it temporarily closed? The closest office near RSM is Mission Viejo...... a 30min drive away!!!!!! Plus their next morning appointment in MV is over 3 weeks wait!!!
