Labcorp - Medical laboratory in Mineola - 300 Old Country Rd # 91, USA

I had a great experience at this Lapcorp. The woman that helped me was quick, efficient, nice, and calm. She found my vein on the first try and took her time locating options before pricking me. I had a bad experience at the Garden City location so I'm happy this experience counterbalanced how I was treated as a patient with this company.

Everyone is friendly, professional and considerate. Parking can be difficult. I suggest going to the upper levels in the garage out back. Office is located downstairs on the ground level. I highly recommend this location

I Went today for employment drug screening, was quick and Kadija was very kind and professional

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The woman who did the exam was very business like, almost to the point of rude, but I understand that there is a strict protocol associated with drug screening. After the exam, she was actually quite nice. Would definitely go again!

Went on Friday for drug screening at 2 pm. Checked their website, made a reservation as indicated (available in between 1-2 pm), went in at 1:50 pm, checked in via kiosk desk. It said you can wait outside and a msg will come so I waited outside until 2:20 pm. Went back in just in case, waited another 10min and finally, the staff asked why I was here. Said, have an appointment at 2 for drug screening and the staff said ” we don't do drug screening after 2”. Explained the whole situation once again and she said ”you can talk to directly to the website about the reservation or to my manager if you want, but we don't do drug screening after 2”. Really? Is that the best way to communicate? I was never this disappointed with an appointment before. At least if she explained why, or at least if she said sorry once I wouldn't be this disappointed. How hard is it to say that? Is this only a lapcorb location in the area? Heck no. Will I ever go back to this location? Heck no. I just want her to know ”as much as your time is precious, other’s time too” go somewhere else. Seriously.

The staff there was completely unprofessional and rushed us because it was too close to their closing time. I was there for my young child who has been through a traumatic experience and has a lot of anxiety. This experience will set my poor child back months before she is comfortable again- which is even more difficult because her condition requires regular bloodwork. I am sick to my stomach over this experience and hope management addresses this for future children.

I came here for some routine blood work. I was the only person in the waiting room. A patient walks out who happens to be a friend of mine. I say hello to this friend as the receptionist simultaneously calls my name. As there is no one else there, I ask her to please hold a sec as I say goodbye. This literally took 2 minutes. I approach the front desk and the lady barks at me to sit down until I am called. At this point I am sitting in the empty waiting room for 20 minutes as the receptionist and 2 technicians have a conversation about their weekend plans. Ignoring me seems to be my punishment for asking her to hold a second. This passive aggressive receptionist seriously needs to be disciplined on proper bedside manners. I usually don't write reviews but this was beyond horrible customer service. Never going here again.

Very clean and professional. Moves at a nice pace. Good on the technology part of it. Blood techs very good. I have been going there for years. My grown children go too.
