Labcorp - Medical laboratory in Clermont - 235 W Hwy 50, USA

Scheduled the first available appointment which was over 2 weeks wait. I arrived early and checked in only to be told they didn't have time for me and that it was their internal scheduling error. I fasted for 14 hours and made arrangements with work. I asked when they could see me and they did not offer another appointment just said I could walk-in and it would probably be fine. There was another individual who was experiencing a similar situation who loudly stated this was her third time coming with similar issues. Not sure what is going on from a scheduling perspective but it was very inconsiderate towards the patients.

Had am appointment at 9:15. Got there at 9 and checked in at their scanner. 20 people in the waiting area. Not sure if they all had appointments. I kind of think they did not. So why make an appointment? Left at 10:00. This place is a joke. I'll go to the hospital for my lab work. And if I have to wait so be it because they have more than 2 people working.

Today the lady in the front desk was s l o w and on top of it did not arrange the paper work in order and so the phlebotomist took sheets what ever is in front. Fortunately the phlebotomist noticed I was waiting for a long time and she asked my name and pulled out my sheet and blood drawn very quickly. My suggestions to Lab Corp. please employ a young person at the front desk who can move fast and enter data fast. Lab Corp should invest in scanning to enter data since manual entry takes time and an old person can not do this job.

While bloodwork makes me nervous, my tech by the name of Omayra was absolutely Omazing!! And Jaime at check in was fantastic 🤩 made me feel completely at ease.

I was there like a hour I haven’t been call yet slow person in the desk looks like she doesn’t know what she doing I always go to the Davenport one today I decided to go there since I was close by to check out to do the blood test for my daughter every person she call she takes like 15 minutes to check in worse place

If I could give a 0 stars I would. This place is the epitome of a nightmare. I went in this morning with an appointment for lab work. I signed in, scanned my license AND insurance card. After asking if I had an appointment, an older receptionist lady told me I didn't have an appointment. I showed her all my email confirmations which she refused to look at and continued to say I wasn't in the system. She refused to even look up my wife's name being that she was the one that set up the appointment for me. After 20 min of fruitless back and forths I left. The older receptionist was very rude. I was so frustrated that I didn't bother asking her name. I can see why this place has so low ratings. Needless to say, stay away unless you want to add grief and headaches to your life.

The always are short staffed and turn people away 15 minutes before their lunch time. They’ve done it to me 3 times and to my friend twice.

I came here for a routine work blood draw. I'm pretty sure they mixed up my results with someone else. I'm 5'5, they have me down as 4'7 and all my measurements are off. I hate giving blood and will have to go to another labcorp because of this misinformation
