I highly recommend Lab Connections as a go to place to answer questions regarding quality assurance, policies and procedures, and training protocols. April German spent 6 months with my staff working side by side when we were short staffed. She was pleasant and easy to work with, a great listener, incredibly knowledgeable, and if she didn't know and answer to a question, she would research the topic or ask one of her fellow Lab Connections teammates for the information. With April's advice and direction, we were able to drastically improve out chemistry quality assurance program leading to successful proficiency testing results and decrease in reagent costs.
